Inside your Holiday Villa
Hello and thank you for considering our Villa for your Holiday. "PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FAMILY VILLA and would be unsuitable for ALL MALE or FEMALE parties. Minimum booking requirement is 1 WEEK" please note "A CAR IS ESSENTIAL", We can offer free advice on your car rental.
Consider our Villa your home for the duration of your stay. Situated on a private road on a secluded estate with very friendly residential neighbours’ of various Nationality, mostly English speaking. Very well equipped to a high standard it comes with all modern facilities to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Lounge is furnished with 2 three seater sofas, LCD TV,DVD, Video etc. There is a large selection of DVDs and Videos catering for all ages and tastes. You will also find a selection of tapes and music DVDs as well as a selection of games dominoes, cards etc. All three bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space with hangers and plenty of drawers. Travel cot provided. The upstairs en-suite bedroom with king size bed is also access to the roof terrace with table chairs and loungers. Panoramic Views across to Altea and Albir. The kitchen is fully equipped with Washing Machine, electric oven, Hob, Microwave, Toaster and Sandwich maker/ G Foreman style grille, Fridge Freezer as well as all utensils, crockery, plastic glasses etc.
All bedding and towels are supplied, please bring your own Beach Towels. There is a clothes drier on the roof terrace. An Iron and Ironing board are also supplied.
Outside your Villa
The front terrace can accomodate a Table & 6 Chairs for those quiet relaxing chill out nights to recharge the batteries. The roof terrace is also equiped with Table Chairs and Sun Loungers. A large patio area complete with beautifull inlaid stone table and benches with a large charcoal barbeque awaiting the more adventurous. Fresh fish and meat are all available from the local supermarkets(5 mins by car) as well as salad and vegetable produce. Popular British food labels are also stocked. Wine and alcoholic beverage are very cheap. The superb pool with restricted key access is only 50 mtrs away. The surrounding area is a walkers paradise.

Located between Polop and La Nucia, The Villa is only 3-4mins drive from an excellent supermarket and a selection of local shops. Nearby there is also a variety of excellent restaurants. ALL Major Theme Parks, Zoos, Safaris and Waterparks are all within a 5-15 minute drive. Benidorm itself with all of its 1,000+ Vibrant Bars, Clubs and Nightlife is only a short 15 minute drive away, Old Benidorm is a must for the shopaholics, Bars and Clubs are mainly in New Benidorm. If you wish to go into Benidorm and leave your car at home, local taxis are available fone from your mobile they will pick you up. Taxis are plentifull for your return journey. Benidorm Palace is a great night out if you like Cabaret. There is a huge outdoor market in Benidorm on Sundays and a local market in La Nucia & Al Faz del Pi. Visit the fresh water wells in Polop for free water (take your empty bottles) or take a day to visit Beautifull Guadalest and the miniature museum (Fab). Visit the Fountains at Callossa (Take your bathing costume).Take a trip on the Lemon Express Train along the coastline to Gata de Gorgos the journey takes approx 1.5hrs. Every possible activity is catered for from flying to Walking, Fishing to snorkling. Within a short drive are the superb resorts of Altea and Albir and the port of Calpe all with their own Marinas. Watersports are plenty, or simply relax. Nearby (Finestrat) you will find a superb commercial centre with a huge Carrefour supermarket, opposite various designer shops and a selection of International rooftop restaurants. There is also a Fantastic outdoor Go Karting circuit here, but be carefull safety is not a priority.
For small children, there is an excellent play park only 5mins, follow signs to Alfaz Del Pi, this is also a great shopping area.
On arrival depending on personal requirements you should take time to read some of the literature as there is simply too much to do and planning your days will allow you much more time. The location is superb allowing for a total Chill Out holiday or alternatively a Great base for an Action packed adventure.


Golfers pay Attention
For any golfers wishing to stay we can supply 3 full sets of good quality golf clubs, Ping & Mizuno free. the owner is a golfer they are his clubs, bring your own balls & shoes Villa Itana Golf course is 10 mins drive it has a par 62 & a par 72 designed by Jack Nicklause himself. Don Cayo Golf is a 9 hole course near Altea 25 mins drive its a good test of golf. For the mad keen Alicante & Bonalba golf are about 40 mins drive well worth a visit. Ask for details if you wish to save money by pre booking your golf

It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
