The position is very relaxing and tranquil.

Large 4 bedroom country house set on a quiet road with pine forest and almond grove views, on the edge of the typically Spanish village of El Berro on the Sierra Espuna nature park.
Only a few minutes walk from the village, which has 2 grocers shops, bars and restaurants and swimming pool open to the public.
The house is a 4 bedroomed house that can sleep a possible 10 people, (More comfortable with a max of 8 persons but can sleep an extra 2) bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, bedroom/lounge 3 has a large bed settee (this room can also double as a second lounge and has tv installed, bedroom 4 has 2 single beds.
The large through lounge has British and Spanish TV, digital radio through the TV, separate stereo system with cd multichanger, cassette and radio, video recorder and DVD player, TV.
A large bed settee, seating for 8 people, a large dining table, desk etc etc.
There are 2 shower rooms/wc, one upstairs and one downstairs.
There is a small galley style kitchen with gas hob, a microwave/oven and grill, automatic washing machine and fridge, and another large kitchen diner is currently being reformed, set for completion in the Winter of 2012 / 2013.
The house is set on 3 acres of land, some of which is wild planted with various fruit and nut trees., to the front of the house is a terrace with a built in stone BBQ, a large marble table which seats 10 people on the curved marble benches and various other seating on marble benches.

The country house is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
