We really loved this apartment. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children ages 9-16. The apartment has satellite TV/DVD, WfFi and air conditioning and is nicely decorated. Also it has lots of extras that help you settle in immediately like beach umbrella, extra deck chairs for the pool, Wheely bag, books, DVDs etc. Very nice spacious barbecue area on top. The pool was lovely and supervised as well which is a good idea. The location is very convienent, no car needed, supermarkets restaurants and bars just a 2-3 minute stroll away and La Zenia Beach just a short 10 minute walk. Hard to beat really - we are going back next year !

We had a great stay here in August 2011, apartment was clean and very roomy. Perfect location. balcony and solarium made it brilliant holiday. has everything you need, great for families. Thanks.

doesnt state you have to climb three flights of stairs not good if you suffer with bad back or crumbling bones disease like my wife, waited two wks to have one of the showers fixed, still not fixed when left,roof terraced was locked wouldnt unlock, nice apartment good local resturants/shops, couldnt use pool everyday as young children messed in it weather was very nice, four wks later still waiting for my breakage depost back

We had awonderful stay in this apartment,close to beaches, supermarkets and resturants. Very clean pool on the complex which we used daily.the information provided by the owner was excellent, we found him very helpful, we would recommend this apartment to friends and hope to use it again at some time.

Property was great, great location, nice big apartment on a nice complex, near to local bars and beach. Apartment was lovely once we had cleaned it. A little disappointed in arriving to a dirty kitchen and bathroom, but once cleaned had a lovely stay. Just dissatified that we payed a cleaning fee for when we left yet it wasnt clean when we arrived. Other than that a lovely apartment!

We were delighted with the apartment and it suited us perfectly. It was well equiped, comfortable & secure. Our ages ranged from 18-45 so the holiday expectation was, from 'rave to relaxation'. those expectations were met. The location was great with the pool being within view and a 2 min walk away at the end of the block. Walking distance to local bars and restaurants and of course Consum to get the supplies!
Pasha nite club is a 20 min taxi ride away for those who are so inclined.
Caba Roig is a 20 min walk away with a variety of restaurants to suit any palate and bars for every age.
The bus service to Torrevieja itself was a bit hit & miss.
All in all we had a great time and we’d be eager to go back.

A fabulous holiday! The apartment was beautiful and in a great location, 5 mins from 2 beautiful beaches, opposite a supermarket and some great restaurants. Lovely, well maintained swimming pool. Immaculate and well equipped apartment.
Great communication from the owner before we went to give exact directions and recommendations on what to do and where to go.

The apartment was nice, well equipped and fairly roomy. This was a top floor apartment with several flights of steep stairs, not recommended for the unfit or elderly. The apartment was reasonably located in La Zenia. Fairly close to the beach, a 10-15 minute walk. Although there are some shops, restaurants etc. in the immediate vicinity, the main nightlife areas are just outside a comfortable walking distance and a car is recommended. The local taxi and bus service was poor. Getting traveller's cheques exchanged was difficult as there were no Exchange Bureau's nearby. One bank did exchange them but had a small daily limit and would only change them between 9-11 am. To add Insult upon injury, they also charged an exorbitant fee for this service. However, there were loads of cash dispensing machines in the area, so I would recommend you forget travellers cheques and use your cards.
