Location

This luxury villa is in the residential area of Los Balcones. there are 40 houses in the community of Lago Rosa, all privately owned, with a spectacular swimming and paddling pool with showers. Local bars, restaurats and supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away and a short drive or bus ride takes you to the many beaches in the area and into the centre of Torrevieja. For the more active family, local activities include golf, waterparks, cinema, bowling and go-karting.

Out and About
Whether you just want to laze in the sun and relax or explore the local area, there are lots of things to do in the Torrevieja area including: Go Karting, 2 Water Parks, Nature Reserve, Museums, Safari Park, Boat Trips, Theme Park Golf, Cinema and bowling. If you have children, The Ozone Leisure complex has water parks, cinema, bowling alley and arcades to keep them happy and the Park of Nations in Torrevieja has a very good playground. One of the largest water parks in Southern Spain, The Aqualopolis is also in Torrevieja along with many bars, shops and restaurants along the beautiful beach front. Further afield, you are within 1 hours drive from the cities of Alicante Elche, Murcia and Cartegena.

Beaches
There are many beautiful sandy beaches along the Costa Blanca. All the main beaches are blue lag to meet EU standards and you will find pedalos, jet skis and all the usual water sports. Many have beach bars or cafes where you can buy ice creams, drinks and snacks and you can also hire sun loungers if needed. Because of the very hot micro-climate in this area, you will find people swimming and sunbathing during November and December. We have supplied a cool box for picnics and please bring your own towels for the pool and/or beach visits.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
