Charentaise 3 bedroom house

The house features 3 beautiful bedrooms- 1 with a double bed and ensuite shower room, the 2nd with twin beds that can be put together to make a double, the 3rd with 2 sets of bunkbeds to sleep up to 4 people.

In the living area, there is a double sofa bed and chairs, television,coffee table.... the eating area features a large table and 6 chairs (4 more chairs are stored for you if needed). The open plan area has a very well equipped modern kitchen.

This great room opens via double french doors to the covered terrace which has a garden table and chairs.


Clubhouse and Spa
The Clubhouse & Spa is the heart of the resort and offers light meals & snacks, bar, free wifi access, games room, squash court, fitness classes, indoor heated pool and spa facilities. In the summer time, it runs activities specifically for park guests in addition to all the year round activities offered to the public. The pool, and other services are on a pay per use basis.


Activities
Etang Vallier is just 2 km from the center of Brossac Village. Angouleme is a 45 minute drive and Bordeaux about 1 hour. The Atlantic beaches are just over an hour away- if you can tear yourself away from the lake beach and activities on site!

Etang Vallier is a wonderful swimming lake covering 4 hectares. Lounge on the sandy beach with a Sun Umbrella, or under the pines nearby the water. Try the restaurant, enjoy an ice cream concoction, local wines, or if you get really hungry- a take out meal of Moules and Chips, or choose from the full menu and enjoy the terrace overlooking the lake. The restaurant is open 6 days a week during the summer season.

The outdoor shared pool is open From June 15 to September 15 (no lifeguard on duty) and is free for park guests
In Brossac, most services are available: pharmacy, Spar superette, boulangerie, post office, restaurants, tennis club (court rentals), garage, small market with a selection of local products every Saturday mornings.

Nearby, Chalais has a larger market (Mondays) plus super market, boutiques, internet cafe, multiple restaurants and bars. Barbezieux has a Tuesday market, and even more shopping, hospital and multiple banks.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
