We would like to thank you for our stay at Bay View Villas - we had a lovely time there!
The villa was spacious and well furnished with ample cupboard space. The kitchen was also well equipped...we did some cooking and had
all the appliances and utensils we needed. The sofa bed in the lounge was also comfortable for sleeping 2 adults. There were plenty of
towels in the flat.
The terrace outside the villa was also very pleasant and the garden furniture was a welcome addition. Overall we were very happy with the flat. I have listed some points below that you may wish to look into.
There were only 3 pillows for 4 guests!
Shower curtain would be really useful as the bathroom got really wet every time someone showered
The flush on the toilet in the main bathroom is not working well
As for the resort itself:
The resort was quiet and peaceful. We liked the swimming pool and the restaurant (the food was good!). The mini-golf was also a nice
addition. The resort will obviously benefit as further phases and amenities are added.
The shuttle bus to Sunny Beach also worked fine, but because of it's location a car was really useful. We took your advise and hired a car
through Bulgaria Car Rental and were very satisfied. We got a new car and the delivery / hand over worked perfectly! There was also plenty
of parking space at the villas. You also really need a car to explore the area further.

We has a lovely time at the apartment thankyou! the weather was very good and we liked Bulgaria especially the prices! very cheap ! meant we could say 'yes' a lot more to our two sons (8 & 14) instead of 'no' so it made for a relaxing time.
We got a pick up from the airport , spot on - already there when we landed and it was 140 levs for the four of us - return- which was very good value. We loved the pool area, it was very easy to keep an eye on the children and they spent hours in the water The spa part at the villas is coming along nicely and they have built all the bar area.
Just a couple of things for you to do next time you are out there - I think you should get a shower rail and curtain put up - when 4 people have a shower the floor gets really wet and the water probably going all under the bath is probably not a good idea either - also get a stopper behind the fridge door because it swings open - thats about it Oh ! also the main door is very stiff to open i think the closer needs taking off and rubbing down because it rides up a bit .
Also the food at the pool bar was very nice and just as cheap as in the town, great salads and sandwiches. the staff were always polite and friendly and patient with the children. So all in all very enjoyable stay ! are you renting your apartment out for the same weeks next year - we have already been looking at flights ? let me know ? Thanks Fiona and family

The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and new, with all the equipment neccessary for your stay(a clothes horse would also be useful).I hope that this high standard will be maintained by the owners and developers.
The staff are very helpful but tourist information is very limited as yet.
At the time of booking and paying it was not evident that the facillities were not complete,so this was very disappointing.The manager Ivan was very helpful as was the owner on return.
I would reccomend this property but check that facilities are complete ie spa, shop ,pools, road before you pay. The location is quite lovely as are the staff and people who we met there.
