Tochni villa rental

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Myrto Villa is situated in a quiet area of Tochni village, with excellent views of the surrounding hills and the see from the two elevated verandas. There is a large court yard with flowers and a swimming pool, sun beds, traditional wooden tables and chairs and lots of Cypriot handicrafts.
The villa can be rented as a whole house for 9 persons, or as four separate one bedroom apartments.

INSIDE FACILITIES
All, four bedrooms have double traditional style beds, decorated with original Cypriot materials, they all have in suite facilities. There is air conditioning in all rooms Hot& Cold.

KITCHEN FACILITIES
All four kitchens are fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, toaster, hair dryer and iron.

About the area
Cyprus is small enough for you to get around easily. Roads are good and well signposted, and traffic moves smoothly and without the excesses and unpredictability sometimes found in other countries in the Middle East or Mediterranean Europe.
Limassol and Larnaca tourist area where you can enjoy night life is less than 30 minutes drive. Water parks, seasonal festivals like...Wine Festival or Carnival, and so many ancient places of interest can be found in the area like the two Neolithic villages situated 4 kilometres away. There is a horse riding centre near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park and a biker centre. Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos Mountains is less than one hour drive!

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
