This is our 4th year in a row staying at this guest house.
Everything was great.
The unit is large and clean and close to the beach and town.
The beach is a beautiful sandy beach with very few tourists on it.
We almost had the whole beach to ourselves.
I have already recommended this location to many many friends.
Have a great stay.

Nice unit in great location, has all amenities needed for a very enjoyable stay. Only thing I would recommend is adding an AC unit in the main living area, it tends to get very hot.
Would definitely go back and we have already recommended it to friends and family.

Excellent location as far as beach access but the road adjacent to the bedrooms is very noisy well into the night. We were pleased with the large patio in the front of the house because it was quieter there. The house was clean but some things could use an upgrade, like the living room furniture. Peter is very nice and willing to help you at any time. All in all a good experience and lovely vacation

I am so glad we rented this condo - it was great value for money, it exceeded expectations, and was accurately described in the listing. I brought my family with me on a 3 week work assignment, and the condo was a perfect as a home base for my small children. Having the ability to do our laundry almost daily was especially invaluable, given the age of our kids! I was very comfortable with the neighbourhood, and it was close enough to everything to be convenient but not in the middle of everything. The beach was beautiful and so close, and the surf was gentle enough for my 1 and 3 year old to play in. Although the condo was great, the best part of the property is the landlord. Peter is awesome! He was always available to answer questions about the island, and he never steered us wrong when it came to recommendations. For example, we considered using an outfit based on the beach for a glass bottom boat tour - when I told Peter how much they wanted, his lovely wife found us an amazing outfit that gave us a wonderful tour for almost half the price! In fact, we ended up using them twice! Peter is a great resource, and very helpful. If I come back, I will be sure to use the same condo! I cant recommend it enough.

I am originally from the island but left as a child. Peter made my stay feel as though I was home with family though I have none left in Barbados. His hospitality and kindness made me feel as though I had never left. Nick made all my arrangements easy and painless. The propety was immaculate and so close to the ocean and busess, that it made things simple. I will see you next year Peter to do this all over again, and I will take your advice and come for a month. Thank you from the family.

We had stayed one week in st lawrence gap and had rented this condo for the second week.
What we liked was that it was the beach was so near. In the house the kitchen was very nice and spacious. We also had much use of the aircondition and the washingmachine.
What we didnt like was the plastic cover on the beds. It protect the madrasses but it wasnt pleasent to sleep on.
We enjoyed our stay and I hope we soon can return to Barbados.

One important thing was that the access code to the house didnt work when we came. You could email a phonenumber also when you send the accesscode.

The only aspect of the property which we were not expecting was its close prozimity to a main road and the noise emanating from it.
Otherwise first class and we were looked after admirably.

Accommodation very clean and comfortable
we even had presents under the Christmas tree when we arrived
Peter who is responsible for the properties there is very friendly and accommodating.
I would recommend hiring a car when you stay at this location
however there is a beautiful beach within walking distance
we went to paradise island last year in the Bahamas and now after visiting Barbados i don't care to go back to the Bahamas.
but i will return to the condos in Barbados

A fantastic holiday in a fantastic location. The Palm Tree condo more than met our expectations and Peter could not have been more helpful. From the trip to the supermarket en-route form the airport pickup to charging batteries to keep the camera going Peter was always there to offer help and assistance. Palm Tree is most certainly in a quiter part of Barbados and a car is really needed to get about the island and off the beaten track. A relaxed feel greets you at the condo which is well serviced. The kids being able to access the internet and keep in touch with friends on Facebook definitely got the thumbs up. Having an open top jeep (highly recommended) meant we got to see all the island. Dont miss a visit to Harrison caves, Swimming with turtles from a glass bottom boat and a trip on the Atlantis Submarine. Would not hestitate to recommend anyone to Palm Tree. From Nick on the booking side to Peter and his on hand knowledge when your there was brilliant.

Palm Tree House was exactly what we required for the purpose of our visit. The property is in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and with all mod cons for a holiday where you wish to relax and have your own timetable and is situated in an uncrowded area. Comfortable beds, good washing facilities, TV, computer, modern kitchen - what more can you ask for?

The property was very new and had all the amenities you would want. It was very spacious and clean throughout with plenty of towels and bedding provided. There was a free internet connection which was useful for booking restuarants etc.
The villa is literally a few hundred yards from a beautiful beach.
The only downside is that it was on a rather busy road but the noise was not intrusive inside the villa, it did mean the back garden noisy. The area at the front of the house was quiet and private.
We would recommend it as good value for money.
