A beautiful house in an excellent location (apart from the lack of a local shop). Cycling, walking and watersports all great fun.

A very well-maintained property in a lovely quiet area on arrival we found some food essentials had been provided, which was a welcome surprise. No problems at all and we would be happy to stay there again.

Just back from a wonderful week, relaxing on the patio with the BBQ, walking by the lake & enjoying the food in the village restaurant (the Auberge). The cottage was lovely, a real home from home, & the welcome pack (incl. bread, cheese, butter, wine) was much appreciated. Located in a quiet lane, friendly locals, & lots of walks & cycle tracks on the doorstep. The cottage was well equipped & family orientated (e.g. highchair, travel cot, kiddies DVDs), the information folders were helpful, there was a decent selec tion of holiday reading & the open fire was cosy on the couple of cool nights. For bookings with 2 couples, it is probably worth noting that the bed in the second bedroom was a double with a single bunk over - our daughter & her fiance didnt have a problem with it but it might not suit all adults. Overall, the cottage was just what we needed to get away from it all & recharge our batteries in peace & quiet. Wonderful!

Accommodation was excellent, the bread, wine and cheese was a bonus.
Weather was kind for mid February, I should imagine the garden is quite a sun trap in the summer.
Its so quite and peaceful, really relaxing, with plenty of things to keep my two young boys amused.

Thoroughly enjoyable holiday. lovely cottage - we didnt think the photos did it justice. The control box was effective at keeping away unwanted visitors (we know because we turned it off one night!) Only comment would be an axe would be helpful for chopping wood - hard work with the hammer and wedge.
Overall, an excellent location for exploring the region, and we felt at home in the cottage from day one
many many thanks

We had a great family holiday, the cottage was everything we expected and much more. This has to be one of the best cottages we have rented ever. It was extremely clean and tidy and offered all the facilities advertised. As a family we could not fault the cottage or its location.
I would recommend the property to anyone looking to explore the wonders of Brittany. The location is ideal for touring as well as just relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside and lake.
