Had such an enjoyable stay over the christmas period 2012, villa was perfect and a credit to the owner. Had a slight problem with the pool heating but the management company and owner responded immediately to correct the problem. - Tracey Knott and Family

This was our second holiday in this villa and it met all our expectations once again. This time our daughter and her partner were with us and they were delighted with the villa and the area. they did not want to return home.

Got moved to this villa by management company after faults in another property. So impressed weve already booked it for next August. In short, what a FANTASTIC villa. The only bad thing was having to leave & come home. You wont regret it if you book!!!!!!

We ere very pleased with the property and the service provided. On arrival we discovered a leak in the pool bathroom we contacted the management and a maintenance worker came within the hour he made the leak safe and returned the following day and repaired it.
We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and are looking to booking again next year

My family included my 2 young sons and my in-laws and we had a wonderful time! We had stayed on Disney property before and this was so much better! There was tons of space and the house was so nice. We traveled on almost empty roads to get to the parks on Thanksgiving weekend and I know that we got to the parks faster than any Disney transportation would have gotten us there. On top of that we had our own pool and game room! Our favorite grocery was a few minutes away and we could pick up the paper items and other things we needed for our stay. We did tape paper to the large glass doors after our 7 year old ran right into them - their glass doors must be cleaner than the ones in our home. The owner says that they are replacing the carpet with tile which will only make this great home nicer. My in-laws were considering a timeshare, but after staying at this home they decided that there were great places to stay at great rates all over the place and why lock into a timeshare. Yeah, I got tons of compliments on this trip! (We only went to Disney parks and enjoyed the house)

WE STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY LAST YEAR AN ON FIRST IMPRESSION IT WAS A LOVELY PROPERTY.HOWEVER WE WENT STRAIGHT TO THE POOL TO TEST THE WATER TEMP AS WE HAD PAID £200 EXTRA TO HAVE IT AN THE SPA HEATED AN ALSO MAILED THE AGENT TO ASK FOR IT TO BE AS HIGH AS ALLOWED FOR MY ARTHRITIS BUT TO MY DISAPOINTMENT IT WAS COLD.WE CRASHED OUT AS WE WAS ALL TIRED AN NEXT DAY RUNG THE AGENTS TO COMPLAIN, THEY SENT OVER A CHAP WHO TURNED IT ON BUT IT TOOK 2 DAYS TO HEAT UP, THEN THE PHONE WAS DOWN A DAY LATER WHEN WE COME HOME FROM A HARD DAY TO FIND THE SPA EMPTY, THEY CAME OUT AGAIN THE NEXT DAY ETC AN THAT WAS HOW IT CARRIED ON FOR 2 WEEKS, THE HOUSE ALARM WAS CONFUSING AN WENT OFF AT 3AM SCARING THE LIFE OUT OF ALL OF US. IT WAS A NICE PROPERTY BUT FOR THE AMMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAID WAS NOT GOOD VALUE FOR US AN WE WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. WE MAILED THE OWNER WHEN WE RETURNED BUT NEVER RECIEVED A REPLY...HOW SUPRISING...........

This review has come as a surprise as I was not aware of these problems and I have subsequently checked my e-mails and the villarenters and rental systems e-mails and see no record of such a complaint. I also do not recall any such problems being raised at the time.
I am also surprised that the renter should go onto the website more than a year after their rental to submit such a review. Their rental period was Feb-March 2008. I pride myself on answering all problems that occur and encourage renters to contact me direct if the management company is not dealing with their concerns. My personal telephone numbers are always available to renters as well as my e-mail address.

We were absolutely delighted with the villa. It was immaculate and in a brilliant location for all attractions. We couldn't have asked for anything better. If we are lucky enough to visit Florida again we would definitely return to this villa and would certainly recommend it to anyone. The pool was lovely and we spent a lot of time in it and found the games room enjoyable.
The only minor problem we found was with regard to the patio door. As the door needs to be closed because of the air conditioning, the child in our party walked into it several times when heading outside not realising that it was closed. If there was something on the door to highlight that it was closed it may prevent this. We did stick something to the glass of the patio door to avoid the child walking into it. We would like to say this is not a criticism but just thought we would point this out. As stated above we were delighted with the villa.

The villa is fantastic. Location was fine for us but is a good 20 minutes from Disney.
My only criticism is that the air conditioning on one half of the villa did not work properly. The plus was that they had an enigneer with us in half an hour. Unfortunately it was never fixed and we had to call them every day. Every day they responded very quickly but the temperature in that half of the villa remained at 89 + and was never sorted out. This meant that we had to sleep in a different room which as we are only a family of four was not a major problem but would have been dreadful for a larger party.

There was a problem in tracing the fault but it was eventually repaired by the engineers.

The management company were unsure about the window alarm (entry from the pool) as they had only just taken the property over but did not seem inclined to investigate further. The ADT alarm although you could set it when leaving etc. It is now NOT connected to ADT so this rather negated having one really! (We stayed at this Villa last year under the previous owners, so we know what services were available previously). The phone in the villa does not allow you to dial locally. This was inconvenient when trying to dial out for a take away delivery! Local calls are at no cost in the US (even the Toll Free numbers would not work). There was also no management company information book in the Villa upon arrival, this was only delivered once the rep. from there came to visit 1 day into our arrival. Upon arrival, The Gate code into the estate was also incorrect on our information sheet. Eagle Management had to check up on the number and then gave us the correct one. Slight snags but annoying ones.

Problems over the codes have now been sorted. The telephone does provide free telephone calls both locally and overseas. Phone has been checked on more than one occasion and no fault found. There are sometimes problems with the telephone company which knocks out all local telephones, I understand the management company had similar problems with their telephones at the same time.
