Very comfortable and spacious, with excellent sauna. It was spotlessly clean, peaceful and well equipped. Best of all, Adrian, the owner, was very helpful and seem genuinely concerned we had a good time and everything worked (the boiler didnt work briefly but was quickly fixed after a call to Adrian). Skiing at Kreischberg is good for beginners and ideal for young families. Overall a good value and relaxing place to be.

We really enjoyed our holiday and would recommend it to anyone! Found that space-wise it was slightly cosy for six people but apart from that it was great! Well-equipped for the whole family. Thank you!

The chalet was modern, warm and well equipped. The boot warmer was a great addition and the kids loved the sauna. We lost electrical power on day two, but a quick call to the owner had this sorted out very quickly. In very heavy snow you may need snow chains to get up the hill to the property, but we did not have a problem. The skiing at Kreichberg (a 10 minute drive) is excellent with long open blue slopes for beginners and some interesting reds and blacks for the more advanced skier, but get there before 0830 to avoid a long queue for the gondola.

We were there six person (three generation). Upstairs were two children with parents and downstairs we, grandparents. We could be well separeted whenn we wished. Kichen area was perfect, we liked very much the sauna after skiing.
The four days we spent there was marvellous.
If on the grandfloor could be a cupboard made the stay downstairs more confortable.
We decided to come back if we can do it next year as well.

We had a great tow weeks. An easy drive from Salzburg fantastic snow and sunshine on arrival. Chalet was clean, comfortable and with all facilities you could ask for. Sauna a real treat on returning after a hard day on the slopes! My family and friends had a wonderful time and would not hesitate in coming back to catch up with all the things we ran out of time to do and do more of the same. Thank you !

Great chalet. We had a fantastic 6 days. Skiing in Kreischberg is perfect for families. Good restaurants in the area.
Description shouldn't yet refer to a swimming pool on site as this is some time away; the site is still being built out. No real building noise, but guests should be made aware. We knew so it wasn't a problem, but the description is unclear on this point.
Would recommend it to people. Hope to visit the area again in the summer.
Owner reply:
Hi Keith, thank you for leaving a review and we are so pleased you had a great time. Just to updat e things the heated pool with a jaccuzi will be finished in 3-4 weeks and all building work is complete.
Best wishes
Adrian

We were more than satisfied with our choice, in this chalet in Stadl an der Mur. Wish we could stay some more days...weeks. Everything was smooth from the booking till departure. We had a little problem to find the way to the house, but finally we managed it. The environment is wonderful as well as at night and early in the morning. Top quality accommodation.

What a fantastic property !
We visited in january 2008 for a short snowboarding break and the chalet was perfect. Fantastic standard of accomodation and situated in the middle of some excellent ski resorts. Sauna and Jacuzzi bath were very welcome after a long day on slopes ! We took some DVDs and watched these on the LCD TV in the lounge. Property has double room, then a room with two single beds and then sofa beds in lounge and conservatory. Two bathrooms and a sauna. Plenty of stoarge in the bedrooms and a very cosy feel to the place.
Kreishberg is only 10 minutes drive away and is fine for beginners. Turracher Hohe is 35 minutes drive away and suitable for intermediate/advanced. We spent 2 days at turracher hohe as it was bigger and more challenging than kreishberg. Ski passes were 30 euros per day and there were NO Queues and the food and drinks on the pistes were very reasonable.
Property is 90 minutes from salzburg airport - only one toll to pay and its about 5 euros when you come off the motorway.
Adrian who owns the property was extremely helpfull on the telephone and even guided us to the property when we got lost. Hopefully his directions have improved !!!
The village of stadl is very quiet but there is a friendly cafe, a great restaurant and also a supermarket/off-liscence next to the petrol station. There isn't any nightlife at all - but the local hotel/restaurant was very friendly.
Had a great time and cannot recommend this property highly enough. 10/10 !!!
Only problem that we had was with Easycar - the worst company i have ever dealt with. DO NOT HIRE A CAR WITH EASYCAR. They do not have an office in Salzburg - they subcontract out and in our case left us without a car and no appology and a big bill. BE WARNED !!!

the house is about 10 km from a beautiful sky complex. The chalet is outstanding, everything you will expect from a normal house is in there, plus sauna, and heated floor! Very comfortable, and intimate looking.
I will recommend. Of course you need the car!
Remind snow tires!
