This is a gorgeous luxury villa situated on the edge of the famous Costa Adeje Golf Course in South Tenerife. No expense has been spared in furnishing this luxury villa and it provides not only high class accommodation but amazing views too!

It is located about 25 minutes drive along the TF1 from Reina Sofia International Airport in the south of Tenerife, and it situated between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta, adjacent to Playa de las Americas.

The villa is beautifully and comfortable furnished. The property is air-conditioned throughout, and every piece of furniture, every light fitting and accessory has been hand picked by the owners.

You enter the villa from ground floor level which consists of an air conditioned lounge with 2 x Leather sofas and a dining area which has 6 leather chairs. A large widescreen plasma with Satellite TV channels (BBC, ITV, CH4 etc), DVD player and Hi fi. There are patio doors which lead out to the stunning pool and terrace.

The modern Kitchen has granite work surfaces, dishwasher and everything you need in a sophisticated home. There is also a laundry area with washing machine. This level also has a separate WC.

The 1st floor consists of 3 bedrooms all with en suite. Bedroom one and two have double beds and a balcony overlooking the terrace and magnificent sea views. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have superb fitted wardrobes. The En Suites consist of a walk-in shower, handbasins and WC. There is also a safe installed for your private use.

The outside of the villa has stunning views of the Sea. The lawned terrace has 6 sun loungers with mattresses for you to use and an outdoor shower. There is outside seating under a shaded pergola with a stylish table and chairs for 6 people.

The Swimming pool is only heated in the winter months - from end October to end of April to approximately 28 Degrees in temperature. The pool is 8m x 3.5m in size and is 1.00 to 1.40 m in depth with roman steps to walk into. There is also a purpose built BBQ for your enjoyment.

There is a private drive at the front of the villa for those that hire a car. This remarkable villa is everything you want and more and is very good value for money. All linen and towels are provided and a welcome pack is included.


Location: 25 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to Las Americas, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Four other golf courses within 20 mins drive.

If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
