Really lovely, traditional property and a warm welcome from Gudrun. Would recommend to anyone and consider returning in future.

The property was as described. 2 very small problems were dealt with immediatately.
The property lacked an information booklet but details were emailed to me as they are in the process of being written.
The owner very kindly did a shop for us as we were arriving late on Saturday night. We were met by theowner a given a very quick tour of the house and how things worked.
Having said this the house was great.

The house and the garden are really beautiful, the whole property is well kept and the owners help us in any situation. It is a perfect place to relax. In walking distance you will find 3 tavernas, a souflaki place and a super market. Still a car is highly recommended. By car it takse 20 min. to the airport, 20 min. to the old town of Rhodes, 10 min. to the next beach and less than 1 hour to Lindos. You can explore the whole island starting from here.

We had a wonderful 10 days at this property in Rhodes. It is a beautiful traditional Greek house set in a lage private garden. Gudrun and Giorgos were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house has all amenities needed. It is in Koskinou so you can step out into the old town and there a couple of excellent Greek tavernas to choose from. A supermarket is very close walking distance. Would be happy to recommend this place to anyone and would like to thank Gudrun and Giorgos for their great hospitality.

A really comfortable villa, full of charm and character. We had up to eight people staying at once and everyone was accommodated well - though if you are going to exceed this number double-check the floorplan as some rooms lead off others. The separate "outhouse" is a cool and spacious set of rooms that include a double bedroom and a small bathroom. The garden is a dream: large, with pomegranate and orange trees, plenty of shrubs and herbs, a couple of hammocks and a lovely open pergola with comfortable seats for daytime shade and early-evening drinks. The pool is bigger than we had envisaged and nicely deep, and it is very pleasant not to have that chlorine smell on your skin. The house itself has a large terrace overlooking the garden, with a dining table and an area you can relax in. We spent many evenings here. There is also a suspended day bed, which turned out to be very good too for night times sleeping in the moonlight. Koskinou village is charming - go out the back door of the property and you are immediately in a maze of whitewashed cobbled streets - and it is quiet. The nearest beaches - at Kalithea - are great: relatively quiet, quite varied and with crystal clear blue seas. Very much recommended.

We have spent fantastic week in the Dream house. The house and garden is really special place, having all comfort for the holiday and unbelievable genius loci. Behind the back door, you will find the atmosphere of the old village of Koskinou, will small greek restaurants, old architecture. Few minutes of drive you can find nice small beaches (e.g. Oasis beach) with all privacy, stylisch bar and good food. All in all, it is a perfect contrast with mainstream holiday in the resort for people who want to enjoy it. Strongly recommended.

This place is like paradise, beautiful in every detail, inside and outside. The house is surrounded by lush trees and flowers and there are several beautiful lounging areas. The swimming pool is stunning and the water is very refreshing and non-chloric, which is really nice. All the furniture is lovely, lots of artistic detail and splendid colours. The kitchen is great, very practical and clean with a huge fridge (great for the massive watermelons) and everything else (dishwasher, oven etc). Most rooms have A/C so sleeping was no problem despite the heat outside. The eating area outside is completely in the shade and we had the most pleasant long breakfasts, lunches and dinners there. The house is right in the middle of the village, walking distance to the supermarket and the lovely cafe next doors where the kids got home made ice cream. Gudrun and Giorgos, the owners, are lovely people, very helpful. We have had an amazing time in the dream house and would strongly recommend it.
