This 6*luxury Villa is now available for bookings. It is only a short drive from the main theme parks and attractions and yet is situated in the beautiful and peaceful conservation area of Crescent Lakes. The Villa is south facing and enjoys rear views of the Lake. Restaurants and shops are minutes away whilst there are woods with cycle tracks to enjoy on the doorstep. Privacy and security are enhanced in that there is only one entrance to this exclusive estate. Our management team are based on the same estate giving you extra reassurance should you encounter any problems. AROUND THE VILLA
This is an ideal location for your holiday. This massive villa will sleep up to 16 people and yet provides plenty of space. It has all the facilities you will need for a great vacation as well as being situated only 15 minutes drive from the entrance to Disney World.

THE POOL
Relax and enjoy our large 30’ x 15’ south facing pool with Lanai. There is optional heating to maintain the temperature at approximately 84 degrees. IN th evening turn onj our coloured pool lights by remote control for added atmosphere! Enjoy the integrated, raised massive 6 person Jacuzzi.

THE VILLA
Our executive style villa is furnished to a high standard with full air conditioning for your comfort. Furthermore this villa includes 9 TV’s, 9 DVDs, X Box 360, PS2, Nintendo Wii ,and a large furnished Games Room. Also wireless internet broadband. Bring your lap top.

GROUND FLOOR

FAMILY ROOM - A large south facing room with newly tiled floor, opening onto the pool with Enourmous 60" LED HDMI TV with 1200w surround sound DVD which is awesome! You can play CDs or plug your IPOD in too. Seating includes a double queen size sofa bed.
BREAKFAST DINING AREA - At the end of the Family room, a great place to eat your breakfast and view the pool and the lake.
LARGE KITCHEN – Fully equipped including a fridge freezer with Ice Maker. gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, grill, coffee maker etc. From the kitchen you have access to two dining areas.
LARGE FORMAL DINING ROOM - Seating at least 8 people.

TWO GROUND FLOOR DOUBLE BEDROOMS one with a Queen sized bed, 32" TV and DVD and the other with a double bed and 24" LED TV and ensuite bathroom. There is another separate ground floor bathroom.

GAMES ROOM – with a variety of games including Airhockey Pool Table and Table soccer.
UTILITY AREA – with washer and drying facilities.


UPPER FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM – King sized bed, 32" TV and DVD player, with large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a bath.
FOUR MORE BEDROOMS – 1 with full size double bed, three with twin beds, all with 24" LED TV’s with DVD's.
FAMILY BATHROOM
LARGE LANDING with sitting area with comfortable chairs, 50" HDMI Plasma TV with Play Station 2., Nintendo Wii and new X Box 360 Konnect. Some games but best to bring your own.
