We rented this villa for a get together of 10 people over Christmas. It is a very nice and clean place with a big yard, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, stone flooring and a great kitchen. The central heating worked well. We used it to make day trips to towns in beautiful Umbria and Rome but spent a few days in the villa as well. Almost every night we made dinner in the well equipped kitchen. You will need a car to get to the villa. The owner made sure there was someone to meet us there and was very helpful when we had questions. We had a fun and relaxing time. I recommend this villa.

Me and my friends have a great time in this villa! It is very comfortable and it has everything you need for a nice holiday! The villa is in a quite area, with a wonderful view on the countryside. The description is accurate and I'll definitely recommend it to a friend of mine!
