This immacutely furnished one bedroom Apartment has lovely front line sea views lfrom the sunny balcony.

Consisting of high quality fixtures and fittings this is an extremely comfortable, true 2nd home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge.

A washing machine is provided.

The lounge consists a double sofa bed a radio/cassette/cd player, DVD Player, Large flat screen TV with Satellite (BBC, ITV, SKY etc) There are patio doors leading to the large balcony and sea views.

The balcony has 2 x sun beds and a table with 2 chairs.

The bedroom is extremely cosy, consisting of a double bedorom, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and satellite TV. It also has patio doors leading to the balcony. The fully tiled bathroom is extremely fresh and clean.

The pool area is one of the most picturesque and relaxing around, literally sitting above the sea. Plenty of sun beds are provided. There is an adults and childrens pool with the main one being heated.

The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.

Within 500 yards there is a good quality gym, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon.

The main resort centre called "San Blas" is a very pretty 10-15 minutes walk along the sea front. Here you will find a selection of pretty boutiques, and quality restaurants and bars, most with their own evening entertainment.
