location in Alkabir excellent very close to swimming pool, supermarket and restaurants. Villa very clean and everything we needed was there for us e.g. basic food-tea coffee sugar salt pepper etc, fairy liquid, towels, cloths, iron & ironing board, also selec tion of books & videos. there is no tram stop in alkabir but an hourly bus service runs to El Campello wher you are able to catch tram into Alicante or benidorm. Overall a lovely villa, felt well looked after and also collected from airport. Would definately recomend. Thank You.
Owner reply:
Thank you for your comments. With regards to the tram stop, no the stop (Amerador) is not right in Alkabir, but is only 3 minutes walk away, just behind Alkabir on the left as you go to the beach.

The proerty is situated in a nice commual area where all neighbours/holiday makers are very friendly. There are some nice bars and restaurants on Alkibir especially Tony's palace.
The only complaint I have was that the house was very cold at night but after all it was January when I stayed. Maybe the owner could put small heaters in the rooms upstairs to make a winter stay more pleasant.
Overall I was very impressed with the property and would definately stay again.
Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
Owner reply:
I'm glad you had a good time, sorry about the heaters we do have them available but keep them out of the way as most of the time as they are not required, I will ensure they are in for future winter bookings but please, all you have to do is ask.
