It was a great holiday and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was just the right size for what we had in mind, fully equipped and very comfortable. The apartment is right in the middle of Sunny Beach and only a few metres from the beach.

A well presented apartment with just about everything you need for a great holiday. Friendly service throughout, from booking to our return home. Lovely swimming pool and sunbathing area and plenty of sun loungers for everyone.
The apartment is in a fantastic position and a very short walk to the beach and the main promenade in Sunny Beach.

What a fantastic complex this is – perfect in every way! The sunbathing area around the pools is superb with very comfortable loungers. The pool bar has a good selec tion of lunchtime snacks and drinks or you can pop into the onsite KFC for something to eat.
Lovely spacious and well equipped apartment, great location by the sea with an excellent view over Sunny Beach from the balcony. The owners of the apartment were very nice and helpful. They provided maps to help us around the resort and arranged airport transfers on our behalf. Overall a very enjoyable holiday.

Stayed in this apartment for a week at the beginning of September. It was very spacious, well equipped and even had a full kitchen (although we ate out and did not use this facility). It had a large lounge area, kitchen, big enough bathroom and a huge bedroom (super king size bed and 2 double wardrobes). The hotel is in a great location - slap bang in the middle of the resort - but yet no problems with noise etc. 3 pools, all set in garden areas. One huge pool with fountains - this area was much busier than the others, but we could still get a sunbed (comfortable wooden loungers with cushions). Smaller pool at the other end of garden, but still a very good size and the third pool was for toddlers. Security was excellent around hotel and pool areas. As for the resort of Sunny Beach, there is loads to do. Plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and ages. Lovely sandy beach with watersports.

The location of this lovely apartment is perfect – right in the centre of Sunny Beach. The lovely sandy beach is a very short walk away and the complex itself is superb. There were plenty of sun loungers and parasols available around the swimming pool area. We were so glad we went self catering as there were so many restaurants and bars to choose from. There’s a very nice Chinese restaurant just across the road from the complex and the food there is delicious.

The communication from the owner (directions, advice about local facilities etc) was brilliant so even before we arrived I felt assured all would run smoothly and we had a wonderful 2 week holiday. The kitchen might be small but had everything you would need. Beach virtually on your doorstep, just walk out of the complex and the gorgeous sandy beach is literally a few metres away. I would recommend this place without reservation.

The location of the apartment was excellent being right in the centre of Sunny Beach and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. There were so many shops and restaurants to choose from that we were spoilt for choice. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean and had everything we needed. The complex facilities were superb with three lovely outdoor pools, an indoor pool and a great sunbathing area. Highly recommended.

We had a very enjoyable holiday. The three swimming pools are superb and the beach is virtually on your doorstop. Would happily recommend this apartment to family and friends.

We had a fantastic time, and Royal Beach is definitely the best hotel around the area! Would be very tempted to use it again, everything worked perfectly and we couldnt have wished for a better setup.

Excellent apartment, location and facilities.
If we decide to return to Bulgaria next year, we will definitely be staying here.

Wonderful apartment with everything we needed. Lovely sunbathing area with very comfortable sun loungers, three swimming pools and a pool bar. Sunny Beach has many great restaurants and the fabulous beach is only 2 minutes away. Will definitely re-visit.

First class apartment in very central location. Beautifully furnished, very clean and tidy. The owner was excellent and maintained contact with us throughout.

This was one of the best holidays we have had in recent years. The apartment was well equipped with quality furnishings and fittings, very spacious, light and airy. The kitchen was small but adequate and had everything we needed in the way of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. The beds were extremely comfortable and even the sofa bed in the lounge was more comfortable than we expected. The balcony was very private, and being on the sixth floor, we had a wonderful view over Sunny Beach and a sea view! In the evening it was lovely to sit and relax on the balcony with a glass of wine or stroll along the promenade. The complex was immaculate and we made full use of the three superb swimming pools. We even used the indoor swimming pool and gym and we had the indoor swimming pool to ourselves. The beach (only a few minutes walk away) was so convenient. One of the things we particularly liked was the fact that the complex is right in the centre of Sunny Beach, so literally everything was on our doorstep!

Excellent location, fabulous complex with 3 stunning outdoor pools and an indoor pool, sea view from the balcony, 2-minute walk to the beach, 24-hour reception and security guards, everything was close by. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and with a pool bar offering drinks and snacks all day, there was no need to leave the complex. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Owner arranged airport transfers for us and sent us maps and information about Sunny Beach before our holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Royal Beach apartment again.

Great appartment. very professional owner...great hotel with exellent location. Little bit is noise in the night, but no problem when close windows. We stay with two very active children and they enjoy to much also. Hotel was full but we not heard nobody.
Swiming pools are great... good english spoken personal.

A fabulous holiday, we really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is central enough to all local amenities and you have the option of going to the busy promenade area or staying back towards the quieter part of the resort. We have already recommended it to many of our friends and family and my parents have already booked for next year after hearing about the fab hotel and apartment.
The apartment had everything we needed and more. It looks the same as the photos that are shown on the website, very clean and furnished to a high standard.
We would definitely consider returning to the resort of Sunny Beach and hiring this apartment again.

It is definitely a 5-star apartment within a 5-star complex. Everything was excellent - facilities, beach, weather, views, restaurants, bars etc. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning to return next year for our honeymoon!

The apartment was a wonderful surprise, we loved it. Clean, when we arrived. The kitchen was very good equpted, the only thing I wish the apartment had was the microwave.
Amenities in the complex were 5 stars. Including the wonderful swimming pool.
The restaurant was overpriced. $ 60 for dinner for person was ridiculous, but you do not need to eat there, there are plenty of restaurants around

Probably June is a good time to stay in Sunny Beach. The weather was with 25-27 degC perfect and the area not overcrowded what must be the case in the top season.
Appartment F611 is a pleasant surprise. Comfortable, clean and well equipped, however with the friendly pricing in the restaurants around we only used the corkscrew.
I think we had the only occupied appartment of the whole building. Maximum privacy, it will be different when fully occupied with the relatively "thin" entrance door. The terrace is on the street side, qualification can be noisy or lively but ours is lively.
The service in the Royal Beach Barcelo is at level and the pool is a good place to relax.
A special "thank you" for the maps and tourist guides for the Sunny Beach area and other places in Bulgaria we found in the appartment. This is very helpful. As helpful as the information from the owner with details how to get there and how it all works.
