Luxury Villa

Beautiful fully refurbished villa briefly comprising:-
On the ground floor: Dining area, lounge with french doors out to garden. Fully fitted kitchen with oven,dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer,including all utencils . Cloakroom with toilet.
On the first floor: two twin bedrooms and one double. Bathroom with shower and washing machine and balcony looking over patio area.
On the second floor the master bedroom with large en-suite,with corner jaccusi bath and walk-in shower.Fitted wardrobes and balcony. All fully air-conditioned.
Outside there is off road parking, garden with sun terrace to front and back There is a psp 1 with lots of games and also a large selection of films and music to listen too. and a selection of books . At the top of the street about 200 yards there are two bars which serve food and have themed nights one of which has a roof terrace. There are also two shops/supermarkets. The local bus stop is also next to the shop which you can catch to the beach or kadryia or antalya for a small fee.

belek/Kadriya area
Just five minutes away with great resturants and bars. There is also a large selection of shops where you can buy leather goods at really resonable prices. The local market is on a tuesday and saturday you can buy fresh fruit and vetetables all grown locally, as well as clothes and gifts.You can catch a dolmus(bus) at the top of our street and it takes you to the town or beach costs 1 euro and runs all day.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Excellent location of villa with incredible pool. We had a fantasic time with amazing reliable weather. The villa was really clean and the air conditioning was very good too. Bar at the end of the road was very useful and very friendly English owners who made us feel very welcomed. Children decribed it as the best holiday and have already asked to go back next year!!

Good location , but require hire car for access to local Towns. Local town Belek has great Restaurants and retail outlets. Side beach a 40 min drive away and superb .Villa rooms sizeable and with air conditioning. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great villa close to numerous amenities.

very clean light and airy- spacious enough to accomodate two families without being over crowded. We found this property to be in a good location especially for the golf enthusiasts but we would recomend that you hired a car for part of your stay to take full advantage of visiting neighbouring towns and villages as well as the local attractions.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY IN THE PERFECT POSITION CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND GOLF COURSES ALL OF THEM EXCELLENT. 3 NO SWIMMING POOLS WITHIN 3 MIN WALK; WITH A BAR FOR SNACKS AND MEALS BY THE POOL. THE PROPERTY IS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR 8 PEOPLE WITH PLENTY OF OUTSIDE SPACE FOR THE EVENINGS. THE AIR CON WAS A GODSEND WITH THE WEATHER IN TURKEY. WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO THIS PROPERTY THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO IN THE AREA LOTS OF RESTURANTS AND BARS 10 MINS AWAY AND NOT EXPENSIVE WE HAD A GRET TME HERE
