is situated in the beautiful rural Spanish countryside of Andalusia close to Chiclana and the ancient town of Cadiz and only 25 minutes away from the vast spectacular beaches of Costa de Luz. It offers the ideal respite from the "busy commercialised Costas of Spain" and an opportunity to savour a real Spanish lifestyle in the residential area of Pinar de la Franceses.



With its spacious 4 bedrooms
large lounge, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), kitchen, 2 large Nayas (covered seating areas) and 10m X 4m swimming pool, it offers the ideal location for that relaxing holiday.
The villa sleeps up to 8 people. There are 2 large double bedrooms (one with ensuite) and 2 large twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have ample storage and fans.
The main bathroom comprises of a bath (with shower), toilet, bidet & hand basin. The ensuite (off one of the double bedrooms) has a toilet, bidet, hand basin and large shower area.

The basic kitchen comprises of a gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and all the usual utensils you would expect. There is also a small dining table. Outside is a utility room with a washing machine, additional sink and clothes line.
The spacious lounge comprises of both a 2 and 3 seater settee. It has a real log fireplace for those cooler winter evenings (electric heaters are also provided) - although with the glorious Andalusian weather these will definitely not be required in the summer months. There is a portable television (Spanish channels only) with built in DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There is also a CD player and a selection of books and games.



Set within large mature gardens
the villa offers 2 large Nayas (one to the front and one to the side) both equipped with tables and chairs and both offering shade and the ideal place for that evening meal (it is the custom to eat outside in this part of Spain). The Costa de la Luz is renowned for its glorious weather and to help you keep cool there is a 10m X 4m swimming pool complete with patio furniture. There is also an outside shower area to help cool off in the hot summer sun and a staircase to the roof top terrace offering wonderful views across the surrounding countryside - as far as Cadiz can be seen. There is ample off road parking. A car is essential in this rural area.
There is a bar within a 10 minute walk. A large hypermarket stocking everything from clothes and electrical items to fresh fish and vegetables is just a 5 minute drive . A number of restaurants can be found either in Chiclana, about 10 minutes drive, or at the more modern resort of Nova Sancti Petri which can be reached in about 20 minutes. This is also the home of the renowned and recently built "Nova Sancti Petri" Golf course. Alternatively, the ancient town of Cadiz (the oldest city in western Europe) offers numerous restaurants to cater for all tastes and can be reached in about a 25 minute drive.
The closest (and in our opinion the best) beach is the 8 mile long beach at La Barrosa again about a 25 minute drive. Here can be found some very good restaurants, with many having magnificent sea views out to the Atlantic.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
