Also close by are several excellent golf courses and other attractions such as deep sea fishing and other water sports, tennis and of course many fine restaurants and shopping malls.
It is the perfect place to relax and unwind and ideal as a Winter Retreat
SunHaven has a private and secluded South Facing Swimmimg Pool with electric heating if required and out side dining area ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the year round sunshine.
We have provided a gas BBQ for you to enjoy the Florida outdoor living and dining.
The screened lanai is very private and a peaceful resting spot and is surrounded by pine trees and landscaped gardens ,not overlooked.

This is an ideal vacation villa for couples and familes looking for a great villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

5 Star villa quality with all we needed and more. We stayed in excellent hotels before in Naples ect abut this villa was our favorite place. All the state of the art technology you could want, as well as air conditioning. The kitchen contains everything you might need for your stay. The villa is light, spacious and well-equipped. And Internet connection and computer is available. Excellent relaxing break, hope to return again soon.

This was a very high quality accommodation with attention to detail, spotlessly clean and furnished to very high standards. The BBQ and the bikes were great . The audio system, computer and Internet left us not wanting to leave! It was an ideal getaway from our hectic lives and just what we need,peace and quiet. One great thing about this villa is the privacy in the pool area, unlike some other villas that we have stayed at , the pool is totally private. Nothing was needed and it was one of the best self-catering properties we have ever stayed in.
