This 2 bed apartment is located above a private dwelling in the tranquil village of Nagoa in North Goa. The apartment has a large open terrace with stunning views of an old vanilla plantation and paddy fields Each room has an en suite bathroom with solar water heated showers. Laze in the hammocks on the large terrace and enjoy the sound of the sorrounding wildlife. Experience real Goa village life whilst being only just 10 mins away from the hustle and bustle of the beach belt. A kitchen is provided along with satelite tv, dvd player
The village has several local shops selling local provisions and alcohol. A supermarket is located close by (15 mins walk) but takes just 5 minutes to get there by bike

The apartment is located on the first floor, laundry facilities are available at the rear of the property and full use of the large pool is provided. We the owners live downstairs and are there to assist as much as you like. You can access our Wi Fi internet with your own device. If you dont have a laptop then ask as we may be able to provide one during your stay (subject to availability) to help you stay connected with family and friends. A mobile phone with a local sim card is also provided.

This is an awesome place. It is fully furnished with a contemporary look. The Living area is big and has a lovely view from the open terrace. There is 2 bedrooms with two bathroom. The Dining area is near the kitchen, so very convenient. The bedroom is neatly maintained and the bathroom has hot water geyser & shower. It has a nice swimming pool which is well maintained. Last but not the least, I must appreciate sarah and steve for excellent hospitality and great company.

This is a gem of a place will be going back 2013 for our 5th time and I feel we are going back to visit friends. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a clean and cosy place to stay for people who want a more relaxed holiday with part of the "real Goa" thrown in. roll on January 2013

We have stayed at Steve and Sarahs place on 3 occasions and have to say this place is amazing, when you wake up , or sit out at night on the large open plan terrace/living room its fantastic, the pool and the yard/gardens are cleaned every day, the facilities are perfect and the surrounding village is quiet..this is in our oppinion a one off place to stay.. As for Steve and Sarah they cant do enough to make you welcome and if you need anything nothing is too much trouble..and they are both a wealth of knowledge about the area and places to eat/go out ect FAB !"!!!

Sarah, Steve, Calud and Cleo, Thank you all for making our week in Goa so enjoyable. We were only here for 1 week but you and the locals made us feel so welcome. Hopefully we will get the chance to come back.
We have had such an amazing time thanks for everything.
This feels like home from home and I miss it already!

What can I say, Steve and Sarah are Gems! Myself, Jake and Ellie had a wonderful first time in Goa. The day trips Steve took us on were fab. Thanks so much Steve and Sarah for making our first week in Goa so memorable, we will be back.
