we,our party of 3,had this lovely villa to ourselves on the 15/22 nd october 2009.at first we couldnt locate the villa.having done independant travel and driven an hour from antayla airport.we did txt the rep to say we were on our way,but after the most rubbish directions to the villa ever [given out by the owners prior to departure] the rep phoned to find out where we were and then came to find us ....
although this was not the best villa i have EVER stayed in,as we always book villa holidays,it was great value for money.at only £450 for the week including a £50 cash back deal.....not as cheap as a last minute deal.[the record being £199 for a castle in malta]...but it actually was as good as the picture on the web.the company rep was always on hand for any problems or help in finding a non touristy good value for money turkish restaurant.the hot water never run out....which is always a bug bear for me normally.there were plenty of clean towels and the whole villa was spotless.although you would expect this, especially as it was a brand new villa.
during our stay we seem to be placed in a mainly german tourist area.certainly most of the 5*hotels on the beachfront were for german tourists and we did feel a little out of place.
i opted to stay in the penthouse bedroom with ensuite bathroom.very nice.although it was fairly cool in the evennings and the heating needed to be used....which did not work in my room, nor the aircon for the daytime.it blew the same tepid temperature out all the time.which meant i had to go to bed with many layers of clothes on,or sleep in a twin room on the middle floor.there was also no wardrobe on the top floor in either bedroom.so had to leave my dress collection in my suitcase.
also the other noticable difference in this villa was that nothing xtra was supplied, which i had never experienced before.the only acception was a pack of dishwasher tablets.otherwise there was no washing up liquid/washing powder/red or brown sauce/salt/pepper/bottle opener/cork screw/dishcloths......and only one toilet roll per bathroom.so if you stay here bring or buy your own.although i did find a travel hairdryer ,2 pin plug version in the wardrobe on the 2nd foor.
dont get me wrong we absolutely loved the villa and i would recommend it highly.we were left alone all week, with help on hand if we needed it.the whole complex is security cctv controlled, very comforting especially as there is no safe in the villa for valuables.
its location is nice and secluded from the tourist traps and the nonsence sold in nearly every tacky shop in the area.you are totally unbothered and the beach is a 10 min stroll down the road....all in all a wonerful stay and as we visited the area for the wealth of history /museums and amphitheatres,we wernt dissapointed.

have just returned from 10 day stay, first ever villa holiday and will definitely repeat. The villa was bright and spacious for our party of 4 adults 3 children and set in beautiful well kept secluded grounds. Air con in every room essential for the august sun! The shared pool was a massive hit with the kids with the downstairs wet room areas very practical. We were lucky to have theLoughtons as our wonderful neighbours who added to our holiday experience. The villa supplied all that we needed. The location was a little more off the beaten track than we would have wished for but the peace and scenery of the fields and mountains behind more than made up for the 10 min trek to the main street and 15 to beach.

We were a party of 10 of which 6 were teenagers - aged 16-18! We all had a fantastic time!
The villa exceeded our expectaion - spacious, contemporary, a small gym, sauna (didnt use it - just had to go outside!) and the shared pool was great. Value for money.....amazing......£75 per head per week!
The villa is in a complex of 10, which has a security guard and beautifully maintained gardens and lawns. It is situated a good 10 - 15 minutes walk from the main road, which makes it very quiet (desirable - lie on the balcony at night and count the falling stars!), but still accessable to the action.
We recommend hiring a car - to make things easier and then you can get out and explore the location. Also, it makes getting self-catering supplies a more comfortable exprerience (its very hot out there). However, the teenagers were still able to use the local dolmus (minibus transport - 80p for standard journey - runs up until 1pm) to get themselves home from a night out and there are plenty of taxis (more expensive but can take up to 7 persons). Also, the local beach was not for us - full of back to back sunbeds with an inch between each and controlled by the hotels. So we drove down to the public beach just east of Antique Side (10 minutes in a car) where the experience so was much more enjoyable.
We drove into the town of Magnavat (about 10-15 minutes) to get groceries. The Monday market is fantastic to get fresh fruit, vegetable and meat. The local convenience store (5-10 minute walk) also is very friendly and do not over charge. We rountinely walked down, in the cool of the morning, to collect our lovely freshly backed bread
Ramazan (hope spelling is correct) oversees the villas and always made himself available to help with queries and offer assistance at anytime of the day (or night!) He was extremely tolerant of our large party.
I cant recommend this villa more highly. Dont go there if you want to be part of the hotel culture. Go there if you want your own space, enjoy all the creature comforts of a luxurious villa and want to explore and enjoy all that the Turkish culture has to offer. It wont let you down.

The villa was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful pool. It was in a quiet location and was within easy reach of the historic town of Side. The Manager was always available in his office if we had any queries and he also organised our mini bus to the airport, which was a great help. I would recommend the villa to anyone as we had a fabulous time and really enjoyed Turkey.
