This property exceeded all my expectations on everything. It was furnished to an extremely high standard and had everything we could have wished for an more.
It is on a very quiet street just minutes from the beach and local bars and restuarants.
Alanya is an extremely vibrant and friendly resort offering every amenity you could wish for whilst on holiday.
The transfers were well organised and good value for money and the property manager, Talat was outstanding catering for our every need and organising some great excursions for us.
We will definately recommend this place and this apartment to all our friends and family and will definately return again soon.

This apartment was outstanding with All mod cons. The pool was lovely - just the right temperature and we were practically the only ones there most of the time! It felt like it was all ours! The Beach is extremely close and the apartment is within walking distance to the town centre and has local shops and restuarants right around the corner. This apartment is great value for money and the local mobile telephone is a great idea - we always felt safe. The apartment owner has thought of everything and both her and the property manager could not do enough for us.
Thank you both for making our holiday one of the best ones ever.
We will definately be back next year and will be reccommending it to all our friends.
We feel that it's rating should be higher than it is as it can not be improved upon!

The property was clean and pleasant and had anything that we might have needed during our stay. Most importantly it was located in the best possible area, very close to the beach and close to the town center, as well.
The best thing that we enjoyed during our stay was the EXCELLENT service we received from the property manager. He was exceptionally professional and helpful and we couldn't ask for better service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bilgehan Apartment. The overall fit-out, appearance and practicality were exceptional. The property was in a great area, close to the beach (around 200-250m) and around 30 mins walk to town (things to look at all along the way). It was generally very quiet and secure with the 24 hour security guards who really did their job and were very friendly - we felt very safe there. There was a bit of noise at night from the neighboring apart/hotel, but generally it grew quieter after midnight and didn't really bother us. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed in the apartment. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool area was keep very tidy by the on site grounds people, who also had done an amazing job on the gorgeous gardens around the apartment - they were also very friendly. We took the transfer arranged through this web-site and had no problems, in fact it was an excellent service. The driver gave us the key and Talat met us later on the morning we arrived to show us how everything worked. The only thing that was not there on arrival (as written on the web-site) was the complimentary bottle of wine and the free tour of Alanya was never offered. Other than that, we were extremely happy (didn't want to go) and would definitely stay again. Would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting beautiful Alanya!

I apologise for the misunderstanding about the welcome pack but it is advertised as an additional cost and needs to be selected on booking the apartment. And the tour of Alanya would need to be requested from Talat.
However, due to the misunderstanding and the fact that you enjoyed your stay should you decide to book this apartment again I will ensure that there is a welcome pack for you on arrival - free of charge.

This apartment is situated in a lovely spot in Alanya and has everything you could ever want. The caretaker does a lovely job and Talat is amazing. I will definately book this apartment again.

Thank you for the wonderful time we had in Turkey. Your apartment is first class, 5* plus and everything anyone could want, in fact it was so well equipped it was just like being in your own home. We wanted for nothing during our stay and Talat was an absolute star and organised some fantastic days out for us - we will definitely be recommending this apartment to family and friends and will be coming again next.

A beautiful and well equipped apartment in a cosmopolitan area close to the beach. We especially enjoyed the many restaurants where the food was delicious and the staff incredibly friendly. The apartment has everything you could wish for on holiday.
This apartment is highly reccommended to those wanting a lot of luxury and plenty to see and do.
Nothing is too much trouble for the property manager and a fine example of this is - it was my wife's birthday whilst we were over there and Talat arranged for us to go the beautiful Castle Restuarant where they had laid out a beautiful table and we could enjoy the fantastic view over Alanya at night - a most enchanting place.
A must do!!
This is the first time we have deviated from a package holiday and we will definately do it again - there is absolutely no comparison.
Well done to the owners for there foresight and planning!!

This property was outstanding we were there in September this year and were overwhelmed by the size and quality of the decorataion and furnishings. There are DVD,s, Games, Books and CD's for your use while you stay there - fantasitc idea!! The mosquito nets on the doors and windows mean you can leave the windows and doors open without worrying about insects invading the apartment. The caretaker and security man is very friendly and helpful and you cerainly feel secure whilst you are there - the pool is equipped with sunbeds, covers, tables chairs and umbrellas and is kept clean and tidy. The property manager, Talat, is excellent and nothing is too much for him - he arranged two trips for us one to a restaurant up by the castle (this is an absolute must see - the views are breathtaking) and one to the Hamman - very relaxing!! I would certainly recommend this to all my friends and will be returning next year. My congratulations to the owners a fantastic holiday destination and apartment - thank you for a lovely time.

I got back home yesterday and would just like to say
that my friend and I had a lovely time.
We have been to Alanya 8 times and have many friends
there now and it was great to see them all again.
When we got to the apartment we were very pleasantly
surprised at the high standard of the furnishings and surroundings. The location of the apartment was also excellent for easy access into the centre.

We had a lovely holiday - the apartment is spacious and well-equipped, and just the right distance the bustling centre of Alanya. We explored the surrounding area a good deal, and for those who like their holiday more on the tranquil side, there are some wonderful archaeological sites, waterfalls and quiet beaches within an hour or so's drive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone - it was excellent value for money.

The photos of the apartment did not do it justice. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the mod cons.
It was about a 5 min walk to the beach and the bars but no noise could be heard from the apartment. We used the taxi service organised by Alanya rentals and it was very efficient.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.

This is definitely a 5* apartment. It is light, airy, beautifully equipped and decorated with plenty of room. The owner gave us lots of information before we went and the local staff arranged a boat trip for us while we were there which was excellent. The description on these pages mostly under-emphasise how good this apartment is.
The hotel pool and bar are very close - there was a sales event on one evening that we were there and it was very loud - we had to shout at each other to be heard! But it was over at about 11pm and noise levels were acceptable at other times (with very little noise between midnight and 9am-ish).
Definitely to be recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. The apartment far exceeded my expectations, it has been tastefully decorated and a lot of thought and consideration has been given in providing comfortable living accomodation. Access from the appartment to the beach,harbour and town centre was easyily manageable making for a very relaxing holiday.We have already decided to return in 2005,and 2006.

It is a beautifully decorated apartment with all modern conveniences. The rooms are tastefully decorated and are very bright It is centrally located about 3 mins from the beach and 25 mins stroll to the harbour. The owner is very kind and kept in constant touch. The rep was also very helpful and he even arranged reasonable transfer for me. I will be a regular occupant at the apt.

This is a newly built property with all the conforts at home in an excellent position for hte beach and the town centre with restuarants and supermarkets, taxi rank and bus stops close by.
