The Villa:

This detached Villa is set in a pretty and quiet area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. Alongside the private swimming pool there is a back terrace where you can sit and view the fairways of Amarilla golf course. Sunbeds are provided along with table, chairs and a barbeque.

The Villa is spacious with a large lounge looking out over the swimming pool and has a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, there is also a separate bathroom. In the lounge there are two double settees along with a matching armchair, satellite television and video recorder. There are french doors leading from the lounge to the back terrace and swimming pool.

Location
15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). 10 min walk to supermarket, some quiet bars / restaurants. 15 min walk to marina with sea front restaurants, bars and small half shingle / half sand beach.

Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.

The Resort:
Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants and a supermarket within a 5 to 10 min walk.
The marina that separates the resort of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur is just a 15 min walk away. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars as well as a small half sand, half shingle beach. Futher into the resort of Golf Del Sur there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Los Cristianos is a mere 10-15 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peacefulnes of La Quinta.
