The Villa:

This lovely detached Villa is particularly modern and spacious. Is set in a quiet area, yet the bars and restaurants of the marina are only a 10-15 min walk away. This Villa is a little more secluded than most of the other Villas on La Quinta.

There is a fair sized picturesque pebble stoned garden with tropical trees and plants separated from the swimming pool by a small wall, along with a sheltered sun terrace area with table and chairs and a built in barbeque. Sunbeds are also provided for use around the pool.

The Villa is very spacious.

The well equipped kitchen including washing machine and fridge/freezer is separated from the lounge via an archway.

The lounge/dining room has satellite television and a video recorder and there are French doors leading out to the terrace and swimming pool.

There are two twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room along with the master bedroom which has patio doors leading directly out to the swimming pool and which contains a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The Villa also has a third bathroom.

15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). There is a supermarket and a few bars / restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The marina that separate the resorts of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur is a 10-15 min sea front stroll away. Here you will find a lovely sea front promenade full of bars and restaurants. Further into the resort, the commercial centre called San Blas has many more shops, bar, restaurants as well as banks, excrusion shops etc.
