Very nice apartment with a terrace and a balcony. So if it is really hot, you can open both at night and you have nice climate in the rooms.
But as in all apartments be aware of mosquitos.

We were disappointed with property 27123 because of a miss description that has since been corrected. Janet who owns 4227 and manages 27123 allowed us to move into 4227. This is a good property with views to the left of the rear balcony to the sea and to the right of the rear balcony to the mountains. The front view is over the pool as can be seen from the photo. The view is slightly restricted by the restaurant and some trees. The trees however provide much needed shade.
The only gripe would be that, the TV appears to need re-tuning because the only english stations were BBC2 and CNN. Unfortunately, the remote control was missing so this was not possible. However, as we spent most of our time by Parque Albatros's pool this was not an issue.

The TV now receives all the English channels advertised. This slight problem could have been rectified on the spot if the clients had bothered to tell us about it.

Ideal for those wishing a peaceful holiday away from the hurly burly of life, whilst still having all the ingredients of a good holiday close at hand without the need for a car.
