It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Lovely clean and comfortable home, everything we thought it would be and more. Nice touches like videos, books, board games in addition to TV in all rooms. Pool was great. The home was just perfect for our family, and proximity to Disney was great. Kitchen was everything we needed (comes complete with utensils and cookware). Kids loved the game room with Pool and Air Hockey. Equipped with working washer and dryer. Emerald Island was a, clean and safe community. Would definitely come back!

This villa is wonderful. It has a larger than average pool and the furniture and fittings are of an exceptional standard. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The location is very good - about 15 minutes from Disney. I would reccomend this rental to anyone. Thanks for a great vacation
