Excellent service a detailed email was sent with directions to the main office and staff was very helpful printing out bus schedules for us, answering questions about the city, etc. The apartment we rented was clean and in an excellent location. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location very near sea and beaches, and only 15 minutes walk to the old city. The apartment was extremely comfortable, has a beautiful garden and outdoor area for eating and relaxing in the sun. It is the best equipped apartment we have been in which offers everything you would need The owners are very hospital and take great care of their quests.

We booked this property in mid Jahuary 2012 for a five day trip in the beginning of June and paid the full amount upfront (big mistake!). Everything seemed fine until we were informed, 10 days before arrival, that the place was not available and instead we were offered an apartment that did not at all meet our specification. I asked for a refund which was initially agreed but a month later I am still out of pocket. My last emails remained unanswered and I fear this is going to go further until I get my money back!

Four of us stayed at the apartment in Sept 09, apartment very nice, well equipped and just what we wanted. Plenty of space and nice to have the garden to sit in and use of BBQ. Although not situated in the centre of Split it was within walking distance. Owners very helpful, would stay again.

The newly renovated duplex apartment with large garden of 140 m2, fireplace, deck chairs and a sitting area and dining. The apartment is fully and modern furnished to provide all the comfort.
Located only 100 meters from the beach, a 15-minute walk to Diocletians palace.
Definitely recommend this luxury accommodation for your holiday in Split, you will be very happy.

The property is well-situated near excellent beaches and just 15minutes walk into town. Facilities are excellent. The garden is secluded with excellent sitting and dining areas. The owners are very helpful.

This property was very surprising, from the outside the building does not look flash, but as soon as you go inside it is a very lovely apartment with a lovely outdoor area...completely private. The owners were lovely, they gave us a phone so we could call them for any reason which was very helpful and it was not too far to walk to Diocletians Palace. Only three things to note, one we could not find the toaster, when we phoned the owner he said that it should be there, but we figured that perhaps the last ppl took it since we couldnt see it. Two, we were a party of one couple, myself and my daughter and seeing as there were only the two double beds were offered to us, myself and my daughter had to share a bed, which was abit disappointing as I had previously emailed the owner to check that there would be enough beds for us. And three, the toilet seat of the main bathroom didnt seem to be attached so it kept falling off. Overall though non of this was a major problem and it didnt affect my enjoyment of the apartment . I would recommend this apartment to people.

Amazing Apartment, would highly recommend! Really well furnished and has everything you could possibly want and more!
Really friendly and welcoming owners who picked us up from the bus station
Great Location short walk to several beaches (closest 5 mins walk), great restaurant at the bottom of the road overlooking the marina (5mins walk) and just outside Split (we walked into the very centre of town in about 30mins or you could get bus/drive in just over 5mins)

We enjoyed staying in your beautiful garden and the apartment who is located near the sea and tennis courts. OASIS apartment is located in a quiet and elegant part of Split, is fully furnished and equipped. Perfect location and quiet oasis in the beautiful Split. All suggest one of the finest accommodation in Split.

The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and had a fabulous garden which was perfect for dining, reading and playing cards. It was a wonderful feature and I would recommend the apartment highly. It was close to restaurants, supermarkets and the lovely local beaches. The owners were very helpful and charming. However, it was a 20/30 minute walk to the centre of town which was quite wearisome in the heat.
The apartment only lacked an iron and , more importantly, space to hang clothes in the downstairs bedroom..we had to keep most of our stuff in the suitcase which wasnt ideal. On the whole, though we had a wonderful time here and would stay here again!
