This was beyond expectations. Having never used Villarenters before, we didnt really know what to expect. We needent have worried.
We were met at the airport by Paul and after the shortest transfer we arrived at the apartment. This was clean, spacious, with two balconies, 3 bedrooms, and bathrooms. We opted to recieve a welcome pack which was excellent, and was put away ready for us. Paul and Gill showed us round the apartment and pointed essential information that was needed to know.
The description of the appartment was extrememly accurate.
The location of the apartment was excellent, 2 minutes to the main street with bars and restaurants, and 5 minutes to the beach and shallow waters. Ideal for a 2 year old. We didnt have a bad meal anywhere.
The holiday was perfect for our little family. Would recommend to friends and family alike, and we are considering booking again for next year.

Very close to airport (10 mins or so)
A Few minutes to the beach, and even less to a good number of bars and restaurants and a large supermarket (ie it isnt a mini-mart). We found all the restaurants and bars fine food wise.
The apartment was clean and tidy and has everything you need.
(No sun loungers though).
The apartment was nice. It isnt in a holiday complex however, but in a residential area. The only drawback being at times noise from the main road on one side and noise from dogs barking and babies crying on the other

Hi Nick. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Naturally, I am disappointed that you feel the apartment is worth only 3 out of 5 stars. The apartment isn't advertised as being in a holiday complex - I'm sorry if you expected this. The only noise I have personally encountered from the front road is the garbage trucks emptying the communal garbage bins at 11.30pm. As regards the noise from the other road at the back, I'm afraid babies do cry and dogs do bark. I have noted in the advert that there is occasional noise and I believe that is a fair and accurate reflection of the general noise level. I hope that making the apartment available to you at 11.00am on your day of arrival helped the overall enjoyment of your holiday.

We were delighted with the property -excellent value for money. Well appointed and very homely situated in a typical Spanish suburb it provided the ideal location for our holiday. The description was very accurate. A very wide range of restaurants, supermarket, bank (Lloyds International) and shops only a few minutes from the appartment and the remarkable beaches of Mar Menor only five minutes away.
The local agents were verey helpful and the possibility of purchasing a welcome pack a most thoughtful gesture. We could not have wished for a better appartment and very much hgope to return. we would recommend it without hesitation.
We were also very pleased with Villarenters service. All in all a wonderful experience.

Stayed in this Apartment in June 2009 and we are returning again in June 2010. Excellent location, with many Restaurants and Bars nearby in the Plaza and wonderful beach just 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is very well equiped and the upper Patio is great for sun bathing during the day or for relaxing in the evening. The balcony outside the living area is very convenient for having a drink and has an awning to protect from the sunshine if you just want to sit out there and read. We opted for the optional extra of being collected and returned to San Javier Airport which removes the hassle of getting a Taxi at the Airport and you are sure of your return collection. Was also great to have a pack of basic groceries purchased for us as we had a late arrival flight. Highly recommended to all. Helen & Liam, Co. Limerick, Ireland.

Rented this property for a week in August with friends. We had a great time.The property is well equiped with everything we needed. The balcony was ideal for sitting out in at night or sunbathing during the day if we didnt go to the beach. The location was ideal for bars,shops restaurants etc. There are plenty of great eating places and bars in the main plaza area which is just a few minutes walk. The beach is great and only a five minute walk away. You can rent sunloungers on the beach for only 3Euros which was ideal. Would definately return to this property again.
