I have just returned from a weeks holiday in this amazing villa. I arrived late on a Sunday night and the villa was spotless, all the beds had been made, fresh sheets on all the beds and there was extra linen in the wardrobes. The pictures of this place honestly do not do it justice, its extremely spacious. There are two pools around the villa, one has a bar open all day and night, is usually quite packed and has music playing while the other one is nearly always quiet and deserted so it caters to whatever way you want to lounge by the pool. The villa is about a 5 minute drive away from the strip of Sunny Beach, but the amazing view is worth the distance and the reception offers a taxi service of 15 levs, which is so cheap. Booking the apartment was quick and easy and the owner even arranged a transport for us from the airport to the villa which was so handy because none of us had ever been there. There is also an information book provided in the villa which had all the information on the water parks, day trips and even general information about the tap water and taxi fares which was really helpful. Some of the staff as well were very helpful, especially a red head girl at reception and the majority of the male staff.
The only complaint I have about the place which has nothing to do with the owner of the villa or anything he provided for us, it was just some of the staff at the Bay View Villas we found to be rude and sometimes really unhelpful. On out late arrival we went to the poolside bar for food. We asked the female bartender what time the pool closes at and she told us we could swim at anytime as long as a member of staff was there. So we decided to go swimming and after a few minutes another member of staff came down and gave out to us while the female staff member who was there and told us we could swim didnt say a thing. A member of staff we consistently found to be rude and unhelpful was a brunette girl at reception. On another occasion all the taxi men from the Villas were busy so the girl at reception called one and when he arrived he told us it would be 30 levs, when we told him reception had been charging us 15 levs, not only did she not say anything she told the taxi man this wasnt true, even though we had paid her for taxi on every other occasion.
But we didnt let this bother our holiday and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any of my friends. I do think the owner went above and beyond to help us, he also let us have a late checkout. The villa itself was beautiful and such a bargain at the price we paid.

On arrival, there were no linen and towels in the villa, but one could get these at the reception (or bring his own ones as we did).
Concerning our stay there, besides some small inconveniences (see below) we had a very pleasant and enjoyable time there, and I definitely recommend it. The villas are placed on a hill with a marvelous view over the Black see, Sunny beach and Nesebar. Villa is fully furnished. We were the 7 of us and still enough space. Sunny Beach was 2-3 km from the village, there is a played shuttle service (I think) 4 times a day to and from the city. Price was 3 levs per person one way (1.5 euro).
The peronal on the site were always very helpful and kind. There were small electric cars on the site which they used to transport the luggage of the guests to and from the villas. There were no cars inside the terrain, so it was quite and peaceful.
Water was a problem during our stay. Starting from our arrival day, there was no water supply during the day. Fortunately, there was water every day from 6PM to 11PM, as well as early in the mourning, so that it was not unbearable, considering that during the day we were not in the villa, but by the beautiful pool or at the beach. The village was brand new, build in 2007-2008 (with some things, such as the Spa&Wellness center were still not completed at the time we were there, June 2008). I hope they have solved the water problem by now.

Customer had stated that they didnt want linen or towels to be provided as they were bringing their own. Regarding the water problems - this has now been resolved.
