Joli petit appartement coloré et confiné et bien placé.
Néanmoins quelques odeurs désagréables dérangent la propreté constante des lieux (grace à la femme de menage) ainsi que des aboiements répétés des chiens

Les plus : Résidence bien tenue, studio vaste et confortable, moderne, très propre, bien équipé, un propriétaire qui se décarcasse pour faire plaisir et rendre le séjour agréable à ses clients, un service hotelier efficace de ménage. Bref, quand ou est dedans, on y est bien.
Les moins : Résidence difficile à trouver malgré le plan fourni, (aucune indication extérieure mais cest général dans lile) quartier surprenant relevant à certaines heures de la cour des miracles, piscine entretenue régulièrement mais sans jamais présenter une eau transparente, aboiements nocturnes des chiens du voisinage, la mer à 1mn mais pas la plage à proprement parler.

This was my second visit to the property, and once again my stay was delightful. Abi at my request gave me the same apartment as last year and is was kept suqeaky clean and warmly welcoming - even down to fresh mangoes from the maids garden!
I already have recommended it to friends, and will continue to do so.
One small note: the cooking pans are getting tired. As a landlord in the UK Ive found that non-stick ware and tenants arent a good mix, stainless steel being easier to return to newness after use by careless cooks. The finish on these has gone, and the insides look unsightly.
I suspect I cook more than the majority of guests so that this might be less important for others. But overall a delightful stay (again) - I hope to be back!

An excellent modern apartment which offers great value for money when staying on this lovely island. A short walk leads to the beach, local restaurants and a comprehensive supermarket for all your needs. An oasis of calm with beautiful well kept gardens, it is a relaxing place to stay. Daily maid service is a welcome luxury!Use of the washing machine and local telephone was very much appreciated!

We stayed at the Aqua sur Mer for 3weeks and we really loved it!The place is in a safe and beautiful surrounding and the local people living in the same area are truly friendly.The apartment was exellent value for money.The kitchenette was well equipped and the maid Mylene kept the apartment clean and fresh all the time!We felt like home from the beginning and it was sad to leave!If we come back to Mauritius some day this is a place where I like to stay again!

We stayed 4 weeks in this very nice and convenient studio apartment.
The studio had all necessary equipment to make our stay comfortable with nice modern bathroom and kitchen.
The owner and his crew on the spot made kept the studio and the garden/pool area spotless and fresh at all times, and they were friendly and helpful at all times providing information of the local area and the island in general.
We stayed as a family of 2 adults and one infant and the owner provided us with baby cot and a baby seat for the car when he pick us up from the airport and also for us to use during our stay when we rented a car.
The place has a free shared washing machine that of course was very convenient for us travelling with a baby..
The local area is quiet and only a short walk to restaurants and a supermarket. Trou aux Biches has the loveliest beach and has a perfect sunset view.
We can definitively recommend this studio and would love to go back.

Aqua Sur Mer was unambiguously a really exellent choice for our honeymoon in Mauritius! Great value for the money!
It was very clean, and very european: we had absolultely everything we needed. Belive us, its far better than on the pictures! We loved the beautiful garden enviroment (palms) inside the complex too. The kitchenett is very usable, had everything you will need.
There is a maid service too, with Mylene, who was always very helpfull and kind to us and Abi the owner is a really cool and friendly guy who helped us a lot from the airport transfer (to and back no matter the early morning time) and showing around the neighbourhood and the facilities.
The beach is near, and its one of the best in Mauritius. Pereybere and Mon Coisy is not an option, believe us. And try out a real italian pizza at Marcos!

The only critic I have is that it is quite hard to find and it needs some boarding outside for easier direction to the property.
Apart from that this is a very clean and quiet property and the service provided was excellent. Its perfectly placed close to the beach, but easy to get to the city centre if you wish.

Overall, this property was great. Friendly host, quiet and comfortable, secure apartment. A well equipped apartment which was close to the shops and beach.
Would recommend it and use it again.

Just returned from a fortnight at Aqua sur mer apartments and we were very well pleased with the standard of accomodation on offer here. All apartments are well equiped and are kept spotlessley clean with a daily maid service. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and the apartment complex felt very secure and safe at all times. Loveley pool and gardens which are well kept. Note there is also an airport transfer included in the price of the rental.
Overall, these apartments exceeded expectations, especially when compared to other properties on offer in mauritius. Would definatley stay there again in the future.
