The villa stands on 1 Rye of land with beautifully tended gardens, with large sunbathing terraces.There is undercover parking for two cars and ample space on the drive for more cars. The villa is gated and walled providing safety and privacy
Spacious Luxury Indoor Living.
One enters the villa through double glass doors into a double height entrance hall. The views from here are truly
amazing towards the sea. The open plan Dining room to seat 12 people comfortably is off the hall, as is the
luxuriously appointed kitchen, housing an American style fridge/freezer, 6 cooking rings offering different fuel
options. There is an integrated dishwasher, oven and microwave. The central island is the hub of the kitchen being
covered in Black African granite work surfaces, this continues through the bar area. To the back of the kitchen is an
area for taking coffee or sitting and chatting. A cloak room is also available at this level. The 4th bedroom and en
suite bedroom is at this level. The bedroom has direct access to the private outdoor sittin facility on the terrace that
affords access to the pool.The open tread white ash stairs lead up to the first floor. At this level is the mezzanine
media room, with work station looking out to sea, and a 42" plasma tv with fully integrated surround sound facility.
Again the solid wood white ash flooring runs through the villa at this level. The third bedroom is located at this level,
as with the other two bedrooms white leather Superkingsize beds have been provided. The rooms are a minimum of
18ft x 22ft so are truly spacious. The en suite bathrooms all have jacuzzi baths and seperate shower cubicles
installed and are of a similar size to the bedroom.
The master and second bedrooms are located on the top floor, both have direct access out on to the top terrace,
where the best views of the house await.with a panoramic vista out over the jungle and sea, you will be truly amazed at the worldbeating sunset views. The second bedroom and en-suite bathroom are the same size as the third , and
have the same facilities but are laid out and decorated slightly differently. From this bathroom a set of slidind door
gives acces on to a private balcony with views of the surrounding countryside.The bedroom boasts views from three
extremely large windows in three different directions. The Master suite again is similarly fitted and furnished only
slightly larger with the added benefit of a 38"plasma tv with surround sound system installed. The bathroom again is
similar only having twin sinks as opposed to single

It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
