It is perfectly located in an exclusive residential area of Peyia, which is famous for its fountain, popular coffee shops, quaint, tavernas and traditional Cypriot lifestyle The village is a 5 minute stroll away from the apartment where you will find an excellent bakery selling fantastic breads and cakes, several local restaurants, bars, banks and two local supermarkets. Bakeries in Peyia are open most of the day so you can literally have your cake and eat it!

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and features a large open-plan lounge and kitchen/diner which leads on to a huge balcony measuring 30ft in length, with breathtaking sea and mountain views. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons to make your stay comfortable. There are two tastefully decorated bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a king size bed and two twin beds (which can be zipped up to make a further king size bed for flexible sleeping arrangements). In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep 2 people. The Master bedroom leads onto its own patio area with a garden table and chairs. The large balcony boasts sea and mountain views and has garden furniture including sun loungers and is perfect to watch the sunset and wonderful views. This is a beautiful apartment, furnished to a high standard. There is a good sized swimming pool with toilets, showers and changing facilities and a communal garden area for relaxation.

Peyia is a delightful village providing visitors with a friendly warm welcome and hospitality that is second to none. The village is a 5 minute stroll away from the apartment where you will find an excellent bakery selling fantastic breads and cakes, several local restaurants, bars, banks and two local supermarkets. Bakeries in Peyia are open most of the day so you can literally have your cake and eat it! An excellent base to tour all the surrounding areas, with Coral Bay - just a 5 minute drive away, whilst Paphos with its famous harbour, town and castle, is a further 15 minutes’ away. For the real hardcore party people, Bar Street in Paphos Town (an up-market version of Aiya Napa) is a further couple minutes drive away with its vibrant nightlife. Other places of interest are the village of Polis, the Akamas peninsular and Lara Beach (Turtle Bay).
