If I were you I would think twice before renting this villa as the owner seems to have no word and no respect for commitments with guests. We booked this villa back in February for two weeks in July. Paid the deposit and were told everything was confirmed and in order. Last week, I received a message for Villarenters informing us that the owners daughter had now decided to go on holidays to the villa on one of the weeks we had booked so that we could have the option of splitting our time in 2 separate villas or have the booking cancelled. Both sounded like a great way to ruin our carefully planned holidays. In 20 years, booking summer villas in Spain I have never experienced such a lack of decency. A contract is a contract and it should be honoured.

A fantastic comfortable light villa even more attractive than the pictures.You do need a car to stay here .
The only gripe we had was that the property was totally bereft of such basics as Jugs,bin bags, salt and pepper,washing up liquid,washing powder and sufficient tea towels and dishwasher tablets for our short stay.
Would definitely book again.

Sometimes photos can lie. However, in this case ,the photos of the property which were shown on your net site didnt really do the property justice. It was just beautiful. We really enjoyed the lovely garden. We felt as if we had our own little piece of paradise. The garden and pretty hedge gave a wonderful feeling of seclusion. We were close to everything that we needed. The kitchen was well equiped BUT !!!! We did ask for kitchen towels and oven mitts and NEVER got them. Our one and only disappointment! :-) We will be returning ( and bringing our own towels and mitts) -)

we had a wonderful stay here - the villa itself was lovely and very clean with modern furniture and good facilities. a particular highlight was the lovely pool and garden which we made great use of during our stay.
the villa was in a very pleasant, quiet residential area but within easy reach of shops, beach, etc. A car is needed, and there is plenty to do within a short drive. We took the children to Terra Mitica one day which was a big hit - prepare to get wet!
any queries we had during our stay were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the agent
our only complaint was we didnt stay long enough - would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends
