We have just returned from staying at Lynda and Justin’s Villa, it is very comfortable, well equipped with free WIFI and FreeView TV. All aspects of the accommodation are well proportioned and in good order. The pool is safe, clean, and within stumbling distance of the fridge in the kitchen. The size of the pool was a bonus as was the pool table and poolside BBQ. It was great just to be able to leave things lying around knowing they were safe and that there was always a sun lounger for you. Everything is on the same level, no slippy steps, the matting surrounding the pool area was great for children and beer affected adults alike. The pool side music system takes an Ipod link, fantastic. Justin and Lynda are there on hand, if you need them, and will do airport pickups and journeys to supermarkets and tourist locations.

This villa is excellent value for money. Lynda and Justin are fabulous people and helped get us sorted for shopping and seeing the sights. My little boy loved seeing the goat, kittens and chickens everyday. The pool was great- we used it everyday along with the pool table.
This villa has everything you need- comfy beds, a great shower, homely living area and fully equipped kitchen. We used the BBQ a couple of times too.
The villa is away from shops and beach.
Alicante is around 20 minutes away in a car.
Thank you for a great holiday- we will be back next year without a doubt.

Villa Rus is an excellent place to visit for a family holiday, the accommodation is clean tidy and ideal for children and is fantastic value for money. The location of the villa is handy for the centre of Alicante and also for the other local towns nearby.
Lynda and Justin are the most welcoming and helpful hoasts you could ask for and are always on hand to share their local knowledge should you require it.

Just returned from 8 days at Casita Rus.....had an amazing time. We took our Grandsons they didnt want to leave! The accommadation is wonderful, very well eqiupped and extremley comfortable. Great swimming pool and terraces. Was even treated to fresh new laid eggs, and the family just cant do enough for you. Would deff recommend to anyone..young..old....families or just couples.

My wife and I had a great holiday relaxing by the pool. Justin, Lynda and the family were very accommodating, running us to the supermarket when ever we wanted to stock up on the essentials! We just plugged in our USB sticks and listened to surround sound music by the pool, ate from the BBQ and surfed the internet via the free wi-fi. I don’t think we could have asked for anything more, we’ll definitely be going back next year.

My family and I have returned 3 days ago from Villa Rus,Monforte,and We were so sad to leave.From the moment We arrived it was comfortable and informal as We were greeted by Lyndas husband Justin at the airport.On arriving at Villa Rus it was everything I had imagined and more,clean and comfortable,very well equipt,very spanish,in an ideal setting,and just heaven...With Lynda & Justin living onsite they were always available if We needed anything.They were very happy to oblige with any trips into Monforte or nearby shops,nothing was to much trouble for them,they were all fabulous.Lynda & Justin have 3 children which was great for us as We have 3 children also,so that kept them all occuppied,either swimming in the lovely large pool,in the Casita watching numerous dvds,or in Lyndas house,they all got on so well,it was great.We ate in some lovely places in the nearby area,and the Ice cream parlour in Monforte is a must.In the evenings after our meal or socialising with Lynda and her family,My husband and I used to sit on the terrace of our Casita and take in the peace and quiet,the chirp of the crickets,the scent of the fig and lemon trees,and the serenity of Villa Rus.All in all,the best family holiday We have ever had,with as much or as little to do as you like.We are missing Villa Rus,Lynda & Justin and the children already,We would definatley recommend it to our friends and family,and We will DEFINATLEY be going back! We have just returned from our holiday. we had a fantastic time, the family made us feel part of theirs, nothing was too much trouble for them. The kids were a pleasure to spend time with, the dogs were all friendly and Lynda and Justin were brilliant at making us feel welcome. Our holiday could not have been better. Thank you all so much for helping us have a lovely holiday, well look forward to returning soon.

Family excelled themselves - nothing was too much bother went out of their way to make our stay very memorable.
The finca was fantastic and the amenities great - took everything into account you would need.
Family and dogs were fantastic fun - have recommended to a friend already hope it comes off for them - will definitely return no question.

Just like to say a massive thankyou to Linda, Justin and the children for making our stay in Monforte del cid, "just the best".
No amount of words that I can write will truly reflect what a great holiday we had.
Everything written about the accomodation and facilities is 100% spot on, and to be honest you could write so much more.
I hope everyone books to go there, but please please leave us some space.

I cant stress enough how much of a good time i had here, the property was beyond expectations and the pictures realy do not do it justice, the pool was imaaculately clean and the family who owned the villa were very nice. We had alot of barbecues and good nights out of the villa too.

Our holiday was very relaxing and enjoyable. Although you stay on the owners property the casita is all yours and very private. You can have as much or as little contact with Justin and Linda and their family as you want. If you want the pool to yourselves - you can have it. They were lovely people who took us under their wing and showed us around their town, we had some meals together if we wished and even met some of their friends. It was very sociable and we were really well looked after. The casita was perfectly sized and contained everything you need to cater for yourself and chill out, however, with the weather and the company you wont want to spend too much time inside !

Had booked this villa through the recommendation of a friend and was so glad I did.
Friendly owners who went out of their way to give us information and tips for our Easter break.
3 children on site kept my kids occupied and helped them with their Spanish!
Great big swimming pool not one of those pocket sized things, could really go for a good swim
Nice BBQ. children played table tennis and basketball so they were well occupied.
I liked the fact that the pool is covered overnight so I had no need to worry that the children would get out and fall into the pool, same with the electric gates, not chance of the children wandering out or more importantly strangers gettting in.

Alquilé la casita todo el mes de agosto. Los primeros días con más familia: en total 6 personas. La casita es suficientemente espaciosa para no sentir agobio, menos aún, con el espacio al aire libre: zona piscina. Quiero destacar: la seguridad de la casa que impidió que nuestros niños pudieran salir de ella. La climatización de la piscina y su concienzuda limpieza invitaba a pasar el día en ella. Las camas son lo mejor de la casita: grandes y con unos colchones de categoría, descanso asegurado. A su vez, el silencio del entorno natural (campos de viñas) es una terapia anti estrés. A 20mn de la casita (por autovía)está el Castillo de Santa Bárbara y las playas así como los barcos para la isla Tabarca un espacio natural donde encontrar aún zonas salvajes y pasar un día muy agradable. También está Elche y su maravilloso palmeral. En fin, un sin fin de excursiones a su alcance. Pero si algo tengo que destacar es la generosidad, la amabilidad, la discreción y la simpatía de sus jóvenes propietarios. La recomiendo a todo el mundo y muy especialmente a familias con niños. Calidad-Precio, garantizada.

Had a lovely time with a very friendly family, its nice that they are on site to help with any problems and offer advice on where to go etc. I took my 2 kids who spent the whole time playing with the family children so it helped keep them occupied, Had a night out just me and the hubby and Lynda babysat for us/ Would recommend it as a safe friendly family holiday
What I liked the most: I felt my children were safe as it was behind electric gates and the friendly dogs were allowed to roam about after dark.
What I liked the least: The weather it rained lol

Had a great time here and already have booked for a few days in July. Great facilities in a secure area, didnt have to watch out for the kids at all. Really relaxing and ideally located for all the big resorts for daytime fun.
