Very good value for money, nice and clean and accurate descrption. Walk to centre was about 15 minutes with 2 small children in tow. Mainly restauarants in Villamartin and a little supermarket which was adequate. We got the bus to La Zenia a few times to the bigger supermarket and also to the beach. Once you have done this once it was really easy, so possible to manage without a car.
Taxis were not too expensive either.
We had a really nice relaxing holiday there and would go back

The property is light and spaceious. The pool and patio is of a good size for the property. This is our second visit and i would definatly recommend to friends and family and return in the near future myself. It is a good location from the airpot and amenities. The beach is a little further away than liked for a visit in the hotter months for walking but with a car it is just a short drive away. All in all this is a nice place to stay thank you for sharing your property.

Lovely villa, clean and tidy. Wonderful holiday had by the four of us. The pool was very welcoming after the walk around the markets on very hot days, the only downside to our holiday was our stay was too short, should have had two weeks instead of 6 nights. :)

A lovely villa, the pool was really great. We had a fab holiday. The owner was most helpful before arriving. Villa in a really nice area with plenty night life a good enough distance away to take it or leave it. A car was not a necessity for us, however if you have mobility issues or young children a car would be a good idea to get to Shops, restaurants etc. All in all i would recommend this villa. We certainley had a wonderful time.

Herandos was absolutely fabulous. Would recommend this home from home to anyone seeking a good relaxing stay.The location is quiet + relaxing ,the villa well equiped and spacious and the neighbours fantastic!Cant say anything negative !
Looking forward to next year all being well. We did not have a car ,but everthing that we needed was in walking distance.If you are a person who likes to investigate the areas then a car would be recommended.

Lovely house in a fantastic quiet location, yet only10minutes walk from Villamartin Plaza. We had a wonderful time in the pool. Highly recommended. An excellent house.

The private pool really sealed the choice on this property for us. The property has all you need. Fantastic position to provide the peace and quiet, close enough to walk to the Plaza with plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. I would recommend a car hire to enjoy all the area has to offer, or Bike hire is available if your feeling energetic. We will definitely be coming back here and highly recommend it

Property was very adequate for our needs. You do really need a car but that was no problem for us. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was pure bliss.

My husband and I visited Herandos in June, on a recommendation from a friend, and were not dissapointed. We had a very ralaxing holiday spending most days around the pool enjoying the peace and quiet. We did not hire a car as a lift was arranged from the airport and we walked to the Plaza where there were many restaurants and bars. However a car would be an advantage if you wanted more choice and to visit the surrounding area. The house was home from home and has a very nice feel to the place. Excellent value for money especially with the private pool.

We had a very relaxing stay, the area is very quiet. We would recommend car hire to make the most of visiting the surrounding areas and beaches.
The house was comfortable and had all appliances needed. The pool is a definite bonus.

Excellent holiday, very relaxing.
Good location, far enough away from the noise of the plaza, close enough to plenty of restaurants, beaches and golf clubs (by car).
The private pool is fabulous and made our holiday.
Local support is excellent.
I was very nearly put off from booking by the description smokers allowed. Dont worry, as a non smoker, I could not tell if someone had smoked in the villa or not. So dont let that put you off.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Property is in good condition, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Swimming pool is well maintained. Area is quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Local facilities are within walking distance, including a supermarket, bars and plenty of restaurants. Beaches are within 10 minutes driving distance, and the scenery is amazing. The family had such a wonderful holiday this year that we have booked again for two weeks next year!
