A superbly appointed penthouse with no expense spared, quality furniture, kitchen & bedrooms.
The property is spacious and accomodates everything you might wish for from a self catering viewpoint.
Views of the harbour are partly obstructed by buildings opposite but that was of little concern as a short walk and youre there.
Highly recommended so do not be put off by the fact the whole building is at various states of finish!

The apartment block has only two completed apartments on the third floor. The other apartments are not completed,so you have very little noise & the lift to the third floor is always available. The finish & decour is at a very high standard & airconditioning is vital in August.

An extremely well decorated and equipped apartment which we thoroughly enjoyed staying in. Good support from the housekeeper and the local trades people. A traditional working community and in our view,29 probably the best place to stay on the island.

Brand new penthouse in a cute village in Malta.
The apartment was lovely, fresh, clean & modern. Lovely kitchen and bathrooms , all very nicely done.
We spent most of our days on the lovely terrace - it is like a football pitch. So a great place to soak up the sun. We were there in April and the weather was great, not too hot but warm enough to sunbath.
The villiage is an old fishing village but with a modern touch, great restaurants and bars. The villiage is south of the Island away from the hustle & bustle of the more tourist areas of Sliema and St. Julians. However, if you want that, no where is to far to get to. There is enough restaurants in the village (probably the best fish restaurants in Malta) to keep you going and after a busy day sight seeing we were happy to be near home.
The apartment is a short walk to the harbour (3 mins) and you do get a seaview from the terrace. We loved walking down to the front and choosing our restaurant. Nearby Marsascala is also worth a visit, it has a lovely walking prom and you can walk for a couple miles on the seafront.
All in all a great stay & I would recommend this lovely penthouse.
