Luxury two bedroom duplex apartment with infinity pool

This luxury duplex forms part of a small development of four apartments and was completed in April 2008 to an exceptional standard.

The open-plan ground floor comprises a lounge area with settee which converts into a double bed, dining/extra relaxing area, both with double sliding doors onto the terrace and pool, fully fitted kitchen with built-in appliances
and a large shower room with double cubicle, w.c. and wash basin.

The first floor master suite has a kingsize bed, double sliding doors to balcony and luxury ensuite Jacuzzi bath/shower, w.c. and wash basin.

The second bedroom has two single beds, luxury ensuite shower room with w.c. and wash basin. This room also has a Juliet balcony and access to the master suite balcony.

At present there is a pylon outside the development which is due to be removed in the near future, however this does not detract from the stunning views over the town, Kalkan Bay and the islands beyond.

Features of the property include marble flooring to main rooms, granite work surfaces and basin surrounds, airconditioning, double glazing, and 32" flatscreen t.v. with cable, dvd player and surround sound.
The apartment is approximately 10 minutes walk down into Kalkan which is a small and very friendly resort. The area is well known for its many rooftop restaurants & bars and speciality shops.

Gullet cruises can be taken from the harbour and there are several beach clubs offering various water sports including scuba diving and water skiing.

Kalkan has a small pebble beach but for sandy beach lovers Patara beach, with 18km of sand and voted one of the worlds best beaches, is around 20 minutes away and can be reached by local bus or taxi.

Transfers from Dalaman Airport take approximately 90 minutes and these can be arranged for you by the owner.

A car is not necessary in Kalkan. Taxis are readily available. Dolmus buses operate between Kalkan and the local beaches and towns. There are also organised excursions to the many historical sites in the area.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views.

A brilliant property, the rooms are huge and the pool ,terrace and view are a real treat.

We holidayed at Kiziltas Dream apartment for just over 2 weeks in August 2010. This apartment is excellent in all respects. We (family of four, two daughters aged 7 & 9) could not have asked for anything more. It is very spacious, furbished and equipped to a very high standard and made us feel at home almost instantly. It’s location is perfect as a compromise between peace and quiet and proximity to all the restaurants and bars. It is approximately a 10 minute walk (with children) into the main resort (downhill). The pool is very well maintained and perfect for kids (they need to be confident swimmers as the shallow end is about one metre deep) and cooling off in the heat. The view of Kalkan is fantastic and the balcony off the main bedroom is perfect for a wonderfully relaxing evening drink. The agent, maintenance staff and cleaner were all very friendly and helpful. Kalkan is perfect if you are looking to get away from the football shirt/chips/lager/loud holiday destinations. All the restaurants we ate at during our 2 week stay delivered quality food and excellent service at a reasonable price (between £50 and £80 for a three course meal including bottle of wine). We would 100% recommend the apartment to our family and friends and would definitely return without hesitation.
