Offering year round sunshine, Albunol is located at the foot of the Contraviesa mountains just south of the Alpujarras and near to the coast . It is easily reached from the airports of Almeria (45 minutes), Granada (1 hour 20 mins) and Malaga (1 hour 40 mins).
A pretty whitewashed Moorish village, Albunol can be considered both a farming and maritime town due to it’s rural location and proximity to the sea. With it’s mixture of old narrow winding streets and modern tree lined avenues, Albunol’s setting alongside almond groves and vineyards provides an attractive base from which to explore the beautiful countryside and enjoy outdoor activities such as hill walking and mountain biking on established routes along the hills of El Gato, Los Galvez and La Ermita. In winter there is the unique opportunity to alternate between the warm climate around Albunol or enjoy skiing in the Sierra Nevada, less than two hours drive away.
For more leisurely pursuits, head for the many beaches nearby or enjoy a round of golf on one of several courses a short distance away.

This is a modern three bedroomed fully air-conditioned townhouse over three floors with private terrace and communal pool. It has an open southerly aspect with views over the village towards the sea.
The top floor comprises of an exeptionally large master bedroom with access to a double balcony providing stunning views down the valley towards the coast. On the middle floor there are a further two double sized bedrooms (one with balcony) and a fully tiled family bathroom/WC with shower above bath. The bedrooms have free standing wardrobes, bedside cabinets and can be adapted for use as double or twin rooms.
The lower floor comprises of a living room with open plan modern kitchen and a utility room/WC. Livingroom furniture includes two modern leather sofas, dining table and chairs, flat screen LCD television.
Exterior of House
The garden area has been tiled to create a spacious terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. A gate from the terrace gives access to the large communal pool and landscaped gardens.
Outdoor facilities include, barbecue, loungers, large dining table and six chairs.
The two balconies situated on the upper floors of the house are also ideal for sunbathing or just relaxing with a book and a glass of wine.
