Great apartment - good sized balcony overlooking the pool and gets morning sunshine. Very well equipped throughout with instructions/info by email and in the apartment - added bonus to have good wifi. Great space for 2 adults - maybe be a bit too cozy if there were 4 adults. The pool is a good size and the same depth throughout - perhaps not so good for small children? Warm enough to swim in early May and pool area gets sun most of the day. The only very slight disadavantage is having to go out onto the quiet street to walk round the block into the pool area - though this only takes a few minutes.
The location is very good for Lagos old town, the Marina and the beach.

Pros: good location, well priced, excellent facilities, quiet
cons: slightly undesireable area with occasional congregation of homeless people.
spent 6 days in April here. Booked lasted minute and was looking for a reasonably priced self catered apartment.
Both myself and my partner were very impressed with the location: 5 mins walk from marina and 5-10 mins to historic town, 15-20 mins to Dona ana beach (the best one).
The apartment was impressive, and far exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website really didnt do it justice! The apartment was perfectly sized and well equiped. There was free Wifi and a laptop provided. Large TV with freeview channels and an iphone dock to play music. Lots of board games and books. The kitchen was fantastic with every appliance, including a coffee maker! Loads of fresh clean towels as well.
The best part of the apartment was the balcony. Larger than we expected from the photos and the BBQ was excellent addition - easy to use and clean and made for relaxing evenings.
The apartment location was good, and very quiet apart from the seagulls! The only down side to this property was that the area was slightly rough - some undesirable characters sitting about seemingly looking for opportunities and there was an area that homeless people congregate around to drink. We felt a little vulnerable walking down the street at times and probably wouldnt attempt the walk home after dark. However, this wouldnt stop us from coming back and using this apartment again. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend to a friend.

The apartment was great. Decent location close to the marina/old town/bars/beaches. Right beside a great supermarket. Its a quiet family oriented complex though so keep that in mind if youre looking to socialize by the pool at all. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. It’ also very well positioned, 5 minutes walk to the town centre and 10-15 minutes’ walk to the beach. Property manager Pedro was very friendly and looked after us exceedingly well. Anyone considering a holiday in Lagos should seriously consider renting this apartment, we’ll certainly do so ourselves.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. It more than met our expectations and was excellent value for money. It was in a very convenient location close to the centre of Lagos. We were also well looked after by Pedro from Seewest.
We will certainly recommend it to friends and hope to come again ourselves.

I stayed in the apartment for 5 days and we did not want to leave! The apartment is well furnished with modern furniture, there are heaters in the rooms , the kitchen is well equipped and it comes with a very nice TV and bathroom. The pool is very convenient if you dont feel like going to the beach. It is located 5-10 minutes from the city centre in a very quiet area

Really enjoyed the stay.The apartment was perfect with everything supplied.The Balcony made a wonderful sun trap up until approx 1.00pm.
I would recommend this apartment for a stay any time of the year.

We returned from our 9 day October break two weeks ago - and will be booking again for next year!
The apartment is everything the owner said and more. Everything works. Great position. Lovely pool. Car parking. British TV. Wi-fi.
Access is via a modern, clean lift. On entering the bathroom is on your left. It is very well equipped with WC, a good shower, a bidet and a whirlpool bath.. All nice and modern.
Back into the main area which comprises and open plan kitchen and a lounge/dining area...
The kitchen is very well equipped - large fridge frezer, dishwasher, washing machine, full oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are ample plates, glasses, cutlery and decent pans. Even a corkscrew.
The rest of the main area is a lounge diner. Modern, comfy sofa. Dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with UK Freeview channels, an iPod dock. All clean and new.
The bedroom comprises either a 6 foot double or 2 x 3 foot twins, as you prefer. The shutters black out the room and you could lie in all day without an alarm call!
The whole apartment is efficiently airconditioned.
Outside is a balcony, large enough to fit a patio table and four chairs and including a brick built barbecue and chimney. Get the freshest of fish and veg. from the nearby market and let them sizzle away.
There is an underground car parking space too.
I probably shouldnt be telling too many people about this place - it is a real find and I want to go back!

The location within Lagos is excellent. The apt was quiet and clean and perfectly met our needs. It was lovely having the added bonus of use of the laptop and internet whilst there. Perfect for couples or a family with young children. Pedro greets you and looks after you well. We have stayed here twice this year and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Dave and Gill.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone, as the property was absolutely great. It had everything we needed, including a Sky TV and a computer! These were very handy as we had a potential problem with the Volcanic Ash cloud.
The position of the apartment is ideal! A couple of minutes walk into Lagos town, and very easy access to the beaches. The poolside area was very inviting, although we had plenty of sunshine on our balcony. The property more than met our expectaions and was really good value for money.

We were very happy during this week in Lagos . The property is very comfortable and convenient to the smallest detail ( the barbecue has a real chimney , so cooking doesnt smell in the flat and for the neighbours )
Pedro Guerreiro does his job seriously and efficiently .
Our only regret is that there were many satellite channels but only british ones ( even in gaelic !!): we were in Portugal and there was no portuguese channel ... not even one !
Wed like to come back in any season : what would be your best price ?

The apartment was absolutely superb, everything we hoped for and more.
Immaculate inside with every mod con you need for a self catering holiday. The location was also excellent, supermarket just around the corner, the old town centre within a 5 minute easy walk, marina virtually across the road and lovely beaches all within easy reach.
As soon as it is possible for me to arrange flights, I will be rebooking for next Christmas and New Year 2010.
I would highly recommend this apartment without hesitation.

The apartment was excellent - modern, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool was wonderful and the location close to the old town, a new supermarket and the marina was ideal. We look foward to staying again in the future.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment was modern, clean , and perfect for a young family or couple. We were in the heart of the town, walking distant to the centre, beach, bus station or train station. 30 sec from the beautiful marina. Around the apartment you found everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bath and swimming pool and private parking. The best holiday we have ever had. We took are 5 year old, who didnt want to come home. We will be booking again!!!

A lovely apartment in a good location.The town is a short stroll away,with some excellent restaurants,try the Navigator.The beach is a little bit more of a walk but is worth the effort have a beer and a snack in Lindas beach bar.

We loved our 4 day stay here in May. It was one of the best locations - 5 mins max to get to the old town and had a great super just around the corner for all our BBQ needs.
The inside is modern and overlooks the pool. There is a great BBQ on the deck which we used every night.
Would recommend to all!

New build and spacious with all mod cons Flat screen TV (UK programs), Dish washer, air-con, Jaccuzi bath etc. Good furnishings
Located 5 mins from town centre but in quiet location.
Clean, neat and tidy.
Lagos is full of character, a medieval walled town with good shops and graet beaches...very relaxing.

A really crisp and clean property with comfortable and stylish furniture and accessories. Relaxing environment and easily accessible to all amenities. Within short distance to almost all you would want on a holiday. Beach, restaurants, shops and rail and bus transport. Nearby, wonderful rambling streets and interesting architecture both in new town and old town.
The apartment is suitable for all ages and abilities (lift to flat). Wonderful apartment for a holiday, relaxing on the balcony, good food stores nearby, plenty of interesting and varied restaurants in the vicinity and a friendly, safe neighbourhood,
I just loved it there and Ill definitely be returning 2009. RECOMMEND 5 star
