It was a quiet and clean place for rest and refreshment. We family of four with two teenagers greatly enjoyed our time there. Neighbors are nice.
One caveat: the place needs insect-proof screen windows. We wanted fresh air without being bothered by flies every now and then.

Prior to booking this property I had spent hours trying to find a suitable place to rent for our one month stay in Hua Hin: somewhere outside the town centre, but not too far out, and for a reasonable price for a fair sized place to accommodate 3 people. This townhouse was perfect, both on paper and when we stayed there ourselves!
100% value for money. The discounts for booking early or staying longer at this place are well worth it.
The property was modern, spacious, fully furnished and tastefully decorated- a pleasure to stay in.
Also the communal pool was fantastic, more often than not we were the only ones in it.
The people were all very friendly and helpful, both those who also lived at Avenue 88 and those who staffed it.
The location was lovely and peaceful, nestled close to the hills, yet only a 10/15 minute drive from the bustling centre of Hua Hin. Only 5 minutes away was the viewpoint for Hua Hin and also an interesting temple which offered more wonderful views if you could manage the climb up the steps!
If we ever need a rental house in Hua Hin again, we will certainly be staying here again.
We recommend it to anyone and everyone, you wont be disappointed!

I moved to this property initially for 1 week. I was so impressed with the property, there was everything you needed, a very friendly welcome when I arrived. I decided to stay a bit longer and ended up staying for 2 months.I would have stayed even longer, but due to a family crises I had to leave.
I was in contact with the owners, who were extremely helpful and when I gave very short notice not only to stay longer, but also to leave they were very understanding.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property, infact i already have to many of my friends. Very good value for money.
