The property was spotlessly clean, spacious and was the perfect home for our week in Portugal. As mentioned in previous reviews the pictures do not really do it justice. Its location is good, with the gorgeous community pool about 30 second walk up the road and local beaches just a short drive away. The outside spaces were a godsend to us as when our toddler took her daily nap we were able to make the most of the roof top solarium to sunbathe. The only negative I could find with it, was that the air con unit in our bedroom was very noisy when set to a cool temperature, which was fine during the day but not so great if your a light sleeper. But I did leave a note for the local key holder to have a look at it so hopefully that will be rectified for future guests. All in all, we really couldnt recommend this property highly enough and would love to return in future.

We recently spent a week at this property and found that the facilities and decor exceeded our expectations greatly. The villa is spacious and is furnished to a high level. The Satellite TV was working fine and the owner had informed us that they had replaced the satellite box the week before our visit. The photographs in the description do not do the villa and surrounding area justice and the pool area is a little oasis. The villa was maintained to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. It was pleasent to find a dishwasher and washing machine, and made full use of the outside Patio, upstairs veranda and built in BBQ, In all, one of our best holidays, cant wait until next year!

A really nice apartment which has everything you need. Yes as a precious reviewing has said the satellite TV wasnt working but we didnt miss it and Im sure it will be fixed. We did use the dishwasher and washing machine wich worked a treat. Recommended but only if you have a car.
Plus Points, nice spacious villa with good facilities, pool better than expected with lots of space around it and never a problem getting a lounger.
Minus Points, it was a bit too far out from the marina and beach which mean walking was not feasible with young children very often although we did do it a couple of times. A car is essential.

Property was lovely, but shutters was not secure & television not working.

Shutters inspected after visit, found to be a little stiff, so have had oiled and now in working order. TV aerial also in working order. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for the feedback.

Very pleased with this property. Very well presented, modern and clean. Location excellent and swimming pool a delight. Would say you need a car though. Hope to return in the future.
Only useful addtion in the property would be information about local shops and restaurants.

I must say that i was exceptionally happy with the property itself and the level of comfort and fittings in the property are all brand new and in working order. It was very nice to have a washing machine and dish washer in the property.
Sun terrace on the roof proved to be a winner as well when our daughter was down for her morning naps.
I would however stress that the property is not 750 Metres from the beach. It is at least 2.5k. This i know as i had rented a car and am very glad i did so. I clocked what i believe is the shortest route to the beach, which is absolutely beautiful by the way, and it is at least 2.5K.
There is a pool at the back of the property and this is perfectly adequate but we had a toddler of 18 months for whom that is not ideal.
There is a lovely walk into the town which takes 20-25 mins and the Hilton with its bars and restaurant across the road.
All in all we were very happy with the property and would love to come back some time in the future.
