The property was everything we hoped it would be spacious, cool, peaceful, excellent facilities, clean and, most significantly had a really pleasant pool and a superb terrace with extensive views across the whole southern half of the island. The small town, 10 minutes in the car, down the mountain, was unspoilt by tourism and typically Mallorcan.
The only negative comment I could think to make was that there was an absence of instructions and we met nobody either when we arrived, or left. As an example, we didnt know what to do with our rubbish. We couldnt leave it outside.....the wild goats would have got it.
Otherwise...perfect!

This property was a safe heaven away from the touristy part of Mallorca. It was a very quiet area, the outdoor areas were suprisingly large and well kept. Also the pool was nice and clean. Out closest neighbors were the mountain goats.
The house was very spacious. Kitchen facilities were good, we cooked at the house almost every day. The house was very clean, and we had a change of towels and sheets while we were there. Best of all, the ground floor of the house was nice and cool during the day and night (which is nice in July !)
We had great expectations about the house and grounds, but they were exceeded by reality. Communications about directions and keys were easy to understand and everything was in order.
The nearest city of Esporles is a 10 minute drive away. Here you can eat simple meals for half the price of what a similar meal would cost in Palma. The local supermarket (Spar) has what you need of groceries, lots of fruits and vegetables. Palma is about 25 minutes away by car.
All in all, great property. I would surely like to come back !
