Lovely modern property, just dont take any new swimwear or any with white in as the pool is very dirty and stained all our swimwear & and my childrens blonde hair green.
Also the beach club pictured in the property photos is only accessable by a trip from the golf club at 12 euros per person!
Apart from that i can highly reccomend.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback. I am very sorry that you had a bad experience in the pool. I am the president of our community in Spain and I know the pool is cleaned every week as I pay the bill. If there were problems however during your stay I apologise for this. I wish you would have contacted me right away or our on-site property managers and something would have been done immediately while you were on holiday.
With regard to the cost of visiting the beach club. The beach club fee you quote relates to the cost of the transport including the public ferry across the Mar Menor to reach it if you want to be taken that way. You can drive there for free if you prefer. We also feature pictures of the golf course and the water park which come at a cost too so I am sorry you assumed differently for transport to the beach club. There are many blue flag beaches near the resort which are free and I hope you enjoyed these in Los Alcazares and Los Narejos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The townhouse was beautiful and had everything we required. We will definitely be visiting again.

The property was very clean and nice and had all the little extras that you may need when you are away from home. The DVD selec tion was good, books to read and games to play while enjoying the sunshine on the patio The beach is a five minutes drive away and not too far if youre walking either.
We are definitely booking again

From the moment we arrived at Murcia airport everything was first class. The facility management company picked us up as pre-agreed from the airport and showed us around the town prior to taking us to the villa, this allowed us to see the restaurants, shopping area and beach. The villa itself was fantastic and had everything we could have wished for. The internal spec was very high. We really had a lovely relaxing time and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, and would love to return to the same villa, hopefully next year. The only slight down side was the pool was unheated, but given the weather was still relatively hot (around 28 deg.) for October, it was bearable. We were in a 5 star all-inclusive hotel in Sharm el Sheik for 2 weeks in July, and this villa and holiday was far superior. We have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends, and as stated earlier hope to return next year.

The villa is outstanding, five star in fact – from the moment we arrived we didn’t want to go home! The attention to detail with everything including the furnishings and decor is top class. The owners have thought about everything to make the villa and your holiday perfect. The villa is situated in a quiet location but only minutes walk from the front gates and the clubhouse – probably one of the best spots in the village. It has every amenity you would ever need – including golf clubs, other sports gear, board games, ipod speakers, loads of television channels, dvds, sun loungers, air conditioning and loads more! We are planning to go back very soon!
The resort itself is beautiful – the golf course is fantastic, we hired bikes with baskets which was excellent for getting into town if you didn’t have a car for going shopping. The beaches, restaurants and pubs are excellent. I would recommend the private pick up from the airport from roda fm – they were really efficient and helpful.

Loved the house overlooking the pool and the location in general. The resort, the beach and the golf course were all excellent. The restaurants were good quality and varied with every type of cusine you could want. Highly recommended!

Just back from 5 days holiday at this house. Everything was perfect including the weather so the pool was enjoyed by all throughout. Played golf at Roda which was in beautiful condition and ate at several lovely restaurants. Campbells in Roda village was our favourite. El Patio, Terra Mare and La Tropical in Los Alcazares were great too.

This was home from home. Everything needed for an excellent holiday. The accomodation and all furnishings were high quality. The position is brilliant, sun all day and pool very close. As there are only 8 houses sharing the pool area it is quiet and peaceful day and night.
The resort was great and positioned on a very well presented and quite challenging golf course (good quality golf clubs were provided). The club house is lovely and reasonably priced. We visited the beach club twice. Travelling by the ferry makes it a real trip out. The facillities provided were excellent.
We will definately consider returning in the future as we had a fantastic holiday.
Both the pool at the beach club and the house were beautiful and cleaned regularly. However, we would recommend the use of ear plugs if swimming underwater as a number of guests had contracted ear infections.

6 of us had a fantastic week here. The weather was perfect, the house was beautiful and the golf course and club house at Roda were far superior to any of the other golf resorts we played. We will be back next year for sure. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa with all mod cons in a great location. We had a really enjoyable stay and played golf at the immaculate Roda Golf course in the January sunshine. I will be back as soon as possible.

Fantastic house with great view over the golf course from sunny balcony which just spoiled us for coming home again. We had a really relaxing and peaceful week here which was exactly what we wanted. Highly recomended.

Lovely villa which got the sun all day long and beautiful resort. Really enjoyed the golf course too which was one of the most enjoyable I have played. The club house facilities and restaurant service were top notch. I will definitely be back.
