Absolutely fantastic in every respect! Without a doubt one of the finest villas we have rented, everything worked perfectly and was in first class condition. All very comfortable. We went early in the season, the first 2 weeks of April and were rewarded with fantastic weather, and no peak season crowds. Our two children 13 and 9 swam in the pool every day that was spotless and clean. The caretaker/ gardener was attentive and helpful in suggesting day trips etc. All in all one of our best ever Easter breaks.

We had a wonderful relaxing 10 days at Villa Zeytin Agaci. The villa is really well laid out for a family holiday. We were a party of 4 adults, us and our two grown daughters. The view of the pool and the sea from the living area is great - as it is from the main bedrooms. The gardens are lovely and well tended, pool clean, nice comfortable sun loungers and hammock. Theres a lovely covered eating area where we ate breakfast and lunch and enjoyed our aperatifs while watching the most spectacular sunsets.
The kitchen is well equipped, we ate out alot but cooked some meals in the house, used the barbeque, washing machine etc. Showers are great and hot water was plentiful.
We were met at Antalya airport by a driver from Andifli travel and collected our rental car on the way to the villa. This worked well but it took a bit longer than we expected (about 3 1/2 hours) to/from the airport - this is important to note as we almost missed our flight to Istanbul on the way home!
There is lots to do in the area and the property was well equipped with ideas for sightseeing and activities.

Villa Zeytin Agaci is a beautifully appointed property. The photos of the interior do not actually do it justice as the rooms are much larger than they appear. The view from the infinity pool is to die for and there was plenty of room around the pool area to lounge around.
The bathrooms were of an excellent standard and the villa was spotless and week equipped.
The only small niggle was a slightly unpleasant drainy smell from the double room situated under the patio. We never quite got to the bottom of this despite Mehmet, our caretaker carrying out an investigation but this was only a minor issue and did not spoil our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family and would love to return again to Kas ( spelt Cash) and to Villa Zeytin Agaci in the future.

A wonderful holiday home in a great location. Well serviced by the local caretakers who made sure our needs were met and questions answered. We did experience a prolonged power outage but the house was well equipped with torches, candles etc. Thank you!

We have been renting villas in America and the Med for the last 10 years and villa Zeytin is without doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were to die for. The pool man kept the outside very tidy and was a real asset. The swimming pool was magnificent with views that have to be seen to be believed. It is really difficult to think of anything negative to say about this villa save for the fact that we found it hard to leave it, to go sight-seeing. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who values quality.

If you are thinking of going to Turkey - look no further!. The Villa was superb....views breath taking and the town of Kas a magical place to visit. We loved it so much that we shall be looking to return next year....can not wait!

We were very happy with the cleanliness and presentation of this villa. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The gardener Aiden was very helpful and looked after all our questions and minor problems during our stay.
The view from the villa was spectacular and eating on the terrace each evening was a delight! We especially enjoyed the infinity pool.
We had a taxi from the airport which took us directly to the villa. I would reccommend this if travelling at night as it made the journey stress free.
The only disappointment for us was access to the swimming platforms. they were not far away, but the pathway was overgrown with sharp bushes and once we got down there it was impossible to access the sea. The steps weren`t low enough to get into the water! We then had to face the walk back up a very steep incline so we didn`t attempt it again as we were scratched and shattered as it was very hot. Even the children in our party aged 11 & 12 struggled. I must stress though that this is not the responsibility of the owners to maintain but it would have been wonderful if we could have used them.
A car is an asset and a must to get about unless you use the Dolmus which runs every half an hour and is only 2 tl per person. You catch it at the end of the road.
Kas, is a small but lively town with lots of cafes and restaurants. We loved it and the local people were so friendly. we would definitely return to the villa and the location and reccommend it to others.
Owner reply:
We have now given our gardener the job of keeping this path clear and had a new ladder installed on the platform. There are two swimming platforms now with plenty of room for sun bathing.

The property was excellent and was furnished to a very high standard. The only comment I could make is that the villa next door is very close and there is no privacy. the way it is positioned any body sitting round the pool are staring straight at you all the time. A bit of screening would make it a 100%.

A very nice property. The interior decor and furnishings are well above average. The kitchen is top notch. The pool and patio area are very large and very comfortable even for our group of 6 people. The pool is large as well and well maintained. The jacuzzi and steam/room hamam set this place apart from many others. The walk to the sea is shorter than elsewhere. A fantastic place to spend some relaxing time.

The villa is beautifully finished to a very high standard and is very well equipped. The pool and surrounding area is lovely and, again, furnished to a high standard. The views are spectacular. The only thing we would mention is that the extensive terraced garden surrounds 3 sides of the property, but is really very small and there is no usable garden space at all. The other villas are quite close, but not intrusive.

Beautiful villa - with everything you needed. Stunning views.
However - would not be suitable without renting a car. Kas centre was quite far away.

We had a fantastic time in the villa. We were nicely surprised and would recommend it to people who value quality. Everything was just amazing. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There was no need to leave the villa, since we had everything. The house, the pool, the view, tranquility and great weather. We are hoping to go back next year!
