This executive-class villa is located on a secluded hilltop in the Long Beach / Silver Sand Beach area of Kusadasi. It offers beautiful views out over Kusadasi Bay and across to the Greek island of Samos and to the breathtaking mountains of the Dileck peninsula. The villa has its own private landscaped garden areas, a number of sun-drenched and shaded terraces which include 2 separate furnished outdoor dining areas, a traditional stone-built BBQ and a total of 4 balconies from the upstairs rooms, giving views to every aspect. The villa is professionally interior-designed throughout and features a spacious and beautiful interior of about 2500sq ft over 3 floors. The villa has four bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom features a four-poster bed, large balcony with stunning views and its own en suite bathroom with double marble-top hand basins. The two other double bedrooms on the top floor both have beautiful balconies and share the main bathroom. The basement floor (amply lit by windows) comprises a fourth very large bedroom with 4 single beds, ample storage, its own spacious bathroom and a chill out area. The ground floor boasts a large living room with 3 sofas, a working open fire and a 40" flat screen TV with DVD and satellite, with an excellent package of English-speaking and international news, movie, sports and other channels. The large open plan contemporary kitchen and dining area is fitted throughout with granite work-tops, hob, oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer and other steel-finished appliances together with all utensils, kitchen Delphi and glassware required. The dining area sits 10 comfortably and has two sets of double doors opening out on to the garden and traditional stone-arched veranda on one side and the BBQ area on the other. There is a further w.c. off the main hall from which rises a spectacular spiral staircase into the villa’s very own stone-built tower! The standard of finish throughout the villa is excellent, with travertine and wooden floors, dark wood feature ceilings and traditional stone feature walls. The villa is serviced with air conditioning and heating and also contains a fully tiled basement room housing the washing machine, ironing board and all other laundry equipment. 4.Ladies Beach (Kadinlar Denizi): Popular favorite beach hang out. Minibuses depart from the city Centrum every 5 minutes.
5.Kustur Beach: Located on the 6th km of Selcuk Rd. Offers a variety of activities like, water skiing, para-sailing, and surfing. Can be reached by Sehirici minibus from the city center (Centrum)
6.Tusan Beach: Located on the 7th km of Selcuk Rd, near Kustur Beach. Offers unlimited fun with choice of beach and water activities.

****** Must See Mosque:
You do not have to leave Kusadasi to marvel at the history of Turkey.
In the center of the city, the Centrum, lies “The Fortress Mosque,” built by the vizier Okuz Mehmet Pasa during the 17th century, and has a capacity for 550 people. The entry door is decorated with mother of pearl. The stained glass and Ionic columns exemplifies the best of the craftsmanship of the Ottoman Empire.
There are several mosques throughout Kusadasi where visitors can view the different 17th century styles of Ottoman architecture. For example, the Hajji Ibrahim Mosque, where roof tiles cover the rectangular ceiling of the rectangular planned mosque. The Turkmen Mosque and the Camiatik Mosque are other sites worth visiting.

1.Efes (Ephesus)-once the commercial center of the ancient world will be one of the highlights of your visit to Turkey. The city was built in dedication to the Goddess Artemis. Her temple was once one of the Seven Wonders of the World but was later destroyed by Alexander the Great. Ephesus was also the home of the Greek natural philosopher Heraclitus. In his book On Nature he introduced a new self-conscious method and language. Ephesus was also home to one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. The Ephesus International Festival is held annually during the month of May.
2.House of Virgin Mary:
It is recorded that St. John brought the Virgin Mary to Ephesus after the death of Christ. And she spent her last days in a small house (Meryemana Evi) built for her on Mt Nightingale. It is now a popular place of pilgrimage for Christians and Muslims. The house has received the official sanction by the Vatican, and Christians observe a commemoration ceremony every year on August 15th.
