Located in the exclusive resort of Oasis Parque near Alvor, close to its superb beaches and Portimao, regarded as the Algarves second city after Faro. Portimao has a busy fishing yacht marina, shopping areas and restaurants. Also close by is Praia da Rocha with its expansive beach, many restaurants, bars and nightlife, including discos and a Casino.

Oasis Parque has excellent access form the EN 125 as well from the A22 and is approximately 45 minutes drive from Faro Airport. On 500 m. youll find a commercial centre, E.leClerc and a short drive away the Modelo shopping centre.


The property.
This apartment is part of the Oasis Parque complex, built to a very high standard by the Jones Group. Renters of the apartment have full use of the leisure facilities of the complex comprising an outdoor and indoor pool, jacuzzi, sunbathing area, small restaurant with table tennis, games facilities, tennis courts and childrens play area. The property was purchased in late 2007 and has been fully furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. A travel cot/high chair can be provided if required.

The apartment has an open plan dining/lounge area complete with dining table for 4, sofa, music system, LCD TV, satellite, and a DVD player and playstation (DVD & Games library included) for your enjoyment.

Both bedrooms have single beds and ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has access to the balcony shared by the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and has all the usual appliances including cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Wi-Fi (10 Euros for 10 hours) is available. Our representative will provide full details on arrival at the apartment.

The Algarve
The Algarve is blessed with a beautiful climate hence its popularity for golfing and activity holidays all year round. The villa is located within easy range of many famous golf courses, Penina, Alto, Silves to name but a few. There are plenty of activities to choose from in the surrounding area from surfing and windsurfing at Alvor to learning to parachute jump at the nearby aerodrome. The beautiful beaches of Alvor and Praia da Rocha are located only 5 km away and these lovely resorts have plenty of restaurants/bars and shopping. The town of Lagos is a 20 km drive and well worth the visit with a great atmosphere and lots of activity. The local villages and country side are easy to explore and many hidden gems can be found.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
