Our holiday Residence is situated in the middle of the Val di Sole, in Trentino, between the Adamello-Brenta Nature and the Stelvio Park. The Residence High Sun is surrounded by pine forest and enjoys beautiful views across snowy peaks. Ideally positioned at the junction of 2 main ski lopes of Marilleva and 300 mt from the start of the ski lift network which can be reached on skis, it makes for a relaxing and fun filled skiing holiday. Situated at a high altitude, where the sun shines most of the time, it is very close to the centre of the town. The distance to the ski lifts is 250m and a ski bus is available to take you to the ski pistes. In the comfortable residence you will find the peaceful atmosphere you are looking for, the conveniences you need for your relaxing stay and the panoramic views to contribute to your delightful stay. The accommodation includes apartments and bilocales with nice furniture and setting, suitable even for a longer stay. During the day, the mountain will tempt you to indulge in its beauty - groomed ski pistes and clear hiking trails for any kind of sport preferences. Breathe the fresh alpine air, take a massage in the beauty centre or have a delicious meal in the restaurant and you will feel your energy completely replenished.

The complex consists of studio and two or three room apartments catering from 2 to 8 persons. The apartments are comfortable and well appointed and fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, oven or microwave, fridge, dishwasher(not available in studio apartment), hairdryer, telephone, TV, ski and boot storage and car parking. Some of the apartments have a terrace.

- Type A MONO for 2 or 3 persons: 1 living/dining room with kitchen area, with 3 beds, 1 bathroom.
- Type B BILO for 4 persons: 1 living/dining room with kitchen area, with 2 beds and a bunk bed separated by a gliding wooden wall , 1 bathroom
- Type C BILO for 5-6 persons: 1 living/dining room-with kitchen area, with 2 beds, 2 bunk beds separated by a gliding wooden wall, bathroom.
- Type C TRILO for 6-8 persons: 1 living/dining room-with kitchen area, with pull out bunk beds. Upper floor: 2 bunk beds or 2 single beds separated by a gliding wooden wall, 1 bathroom.

Additional features: Dishwasher, telephone, hairdryer, oven, tv, A club card is mandatory for all guests and offers access to the large communal area, sun terracces, with deck chairs and sun beds, a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna (in winter), solarium, football pitch, 24 hour reception, safe deposit, games room, TV room, buffet restaurant, internet point, theater, day and evening, entertainment, mini club, guided excursion (in summer), ski and boot storage, car parking space (unattended).
