We booked this villa for 3 weeks in Jan 2012 and were verry happy with the accomodation and resort. The place is stunning however there are a few drawbacks. The area is very rural and very real Thai, very nice but very isolated it is approx 20 kilometres from the nearest town= 400 baht each way roughly £20 return trip. There are other resorts in the area which have restaurants you could use but apart from those you have approx 3 beach restaurants. We also had problems with some of the equipment in the accomodation i.e. dvd player not working that no one in the resort would take any responsibility to do anything about.
Altogether if you want a very very quiet area then this is a good place but if you want restaurants and bars this is not for you.

The property itself was lovely. It is set in a lovely location and is very comfortable and so relaxing. The pool is also fantastic for when it gets very hot and you need to cool off. The views from the roof top at sunset were indeed beautiful.
The new on-site restaurant served great food and cocktails!

This is a well maintained property which has everything you need,it is excellent value for money and it more than met our expectations. We had a wonderful stress free relaxing holiday , the local people were wonderful and made you feel welcome, they cannot do enough for you. The restaurants by the seafront served wonderful food especially Sabai Sabai which we would definately recommend, great quality and excellent value, couldnt of wished for a better location. The view from the roof terrace as the sun sets behind the National Park are stunning. You do need a taxi or to hire transport to get around but both are cheap and can be arranged easily. I would recommend the shuttle bus service from the beach front. The property has a great size swimming pool. We shall return soon....

We stayed for 3 weeks in August with my family, I was very pleased with the villa, clean & modern, and the roof terrace was a real bonus. Communal pool area was great for the family. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a great time and a taste of the "real" Thailand.

The apartment was just what we needed after working hard in London.
A quiet location with not many tourists was a great plus.
Sue & Maurice was very helpful during our stay and arranged transport when we requested.
You have a great Thai family on the beach who cook the best Chicken for lunch.
Massages can be found on the Beach and also a good selec tion of food.
The beach is a five minute walk away from the Apartment but the pool was used more than the beach.
The Apartment was cleaned during our stay ,but I feel that 850 Baht was too much to change the sheets and a quick clean.
One request would be to have some sun loungers as deck chairs are not great for tanning.
I liked the place so much Im thinking of buying one.
Thanks for a great seven days in Thailand ........

Excellent honeymoon. Maurice (owner/manager) was very accommodating to our travel needs! Lovely villa, small but just what we needed.
A few things to watch out for:
- Electricity is not included in the rental price and is charged at 200 Baht per night
- The villa is 15km away from the closest supermarket
- Although advertised as Hua Hin, the location of the villa is about an hours drive from Hua Hin.
- Also, no oven!
The location was lovely, the local restaurants were cheap and delicious and the Beach Village was welcoming and very helpful.

The village is some 30km south of Hua Hin, very quiet location and is about 500m walk from the beach. Not that easy to find as its down a side road, so head for the nearby Dolphin Bay hotel which is signposted on the main road.
Apartment was clean, appliances all worked, small pool outside your door, rooftop. Scooters can be rented cheaply, but if you want to get around the area youll need rent a car or contact the management for taxi hire. The hotels along the beach road have restaurants and if you eat at t he aforementioned Dolphin Bay, you can use their pools. Very relaxing, quiet, simple place to chill out relatively cheaply.

My partner and I stayed in early April 2009 for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the villa and location. The shuttle bus to Hua Hin was a great way to access more shops, restaurants and nightlife. The pool was large and the resort was tranquil. The villa had all the amenities required for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The views from the roof terrace were amazing. We have recommended to our friends and family. Steve.

We found the property clean and tidy on arrival and the admin staff and all around were very helpful. The property had a very good and vital air conditioning system which was a godsend due to the heat outside. A few steps away was a wonderful swimming pool which was a bonus and there is also a decent rooftop. Be aware though that if anybody is planning to travel into hua hin some sort of transport is essential. The actual resort itself is not very well signposted so we had problems trying to explain at first to taxis, etc. Head for signs to dolphin bay or talay tara and your practically there though. Nevertheless it was highly enjoyable and would comne back again in the future.

If you want a get away from it all relaxing holiday then this is it. The property also has the benefit of a bus service to Hau Hin if you need the shops, markets and nightlife.
The views from the roof terrace are fantastic.
